The game would be played at a very fast tempo as the Pink Panthers would have a 33-20 lead at the break. In the second half, the Panthers would hold the Adirondack J's in check and win the half 34-16 which would give the Panthers the 67-36 victory. The best two teams in the league would meet up in the championship as #1 Pink Panthers and #2 Adirondack J's would battle for the title. Adirondack J's Eric Labonte (21) wrestles the ball away from DB Xtreme's Joey Gillespie (23) for the touchdown. In-game two of the eighth and final week of the season Adirondack J's would meet up with the DB Xtreme. The Adirondack J's would get on the board first on Craig Livsey touchdown in the 4th minute. In the 10th minute, the Adirondack J's would extend the lead to 15-0 on Doroucher's touchdown. The DB Xtreme would get on the board in the 13th minute to cut the lead to 15-7. In the 16th minute, Adirondack J's DJ Barber would make it a 21-7 game on the touchdown. The DB Xtreme would cut the lead in half again at 21-13. Then with four minutes left in the first Adirondack J's Bushey would score to give the J's the 29-13 lead at the break. In the second half the DB Xtreme would outscore them 4-2 but it would not be enough as the Adirondack J's would hold on for 44-41 win. With the win, the Adirondack J's secure the second seed in the playoffs next week. Gallery

When the teams back for the second the Adirondack J's would settle down and come together to shut down the Gladiators and outscore them 29-14 and get the last minute 36-35 win. With the win the Adirondack J's stay undefeated at 3-0 while the Clinton Gladiators fall to 2-2.

Adirondack J's would answer back though on an Austin Velie touchdown to make it 7-6 at the intermission. When the teams came back Adirondack J's Craig Livsey would strike quick with the interception touchdown to make it 12-7 Adirondack J's. Then just three minutes leader Plain White T's would take the lead back on the touchdown at 13-12. Then at the 10-minute mark Craig Livsey would strike again for his second pick 6 to give Adirondack J's the 20-12 lead and the score would hold up for the win. With the win Adirondack J's start the season 1-0 while Plain White T's are 0-1.
