Then just 47 seconds later the Cardinals would extend there lead to 2-0 on Andrew Pizzio goal. Then just over a minute later the Cardinals would strike again on Antoine Desnoyers's goal to make it 3-0. Then with 19 seconds left the Cardinals would make it 4-0 on Ross Sloan's goal. Then four minutes into the third period Anthony Fournier-Gosselin would score to secure the 5-0 victory.
