The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Cortland State Red Dragons as part of the last week of the regular season. It would be a low scoring game after the first quarter as the Red Dragons would have an 11-9 lead. In the second quarter the scoring would pick up but the Red Dragons would expand there lead with a 19-14 quarter for a 30-23 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third quarter the trend would continue as the Red Dragons win the quarter 22-16 and take a 52-39 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter, the Cardinals would do there best to make up the deficit as they would win the quarter 20-13 although it wouldn't be enough as the Red Dragons win 65-59.
