The game would not start off good for the home Cardinals as the Red Dragons would run out to a 40-29 lead by the intermission. Although when the teams would come back for the second half the Cardinals would bring there game and win the half 47-25 for the come from behind 76-72 victory. In the winning effort the Cardinals would go to 6-9 on the season and Travis Cox would lead the way with 20 points. Next up for the Cardinals would be home game against the Oswego State Lakers.
