Chateaugay's Noah Bowes (32) goes up and lays it of the window for basket as part of his 24 point night. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Brushton-Moria Panthers in section ten basketball action between to longtime rivals. The game would get very phyiscail with many fouls called through out the game even a couple injury timeouts were needed but what else would you expect with rivals. When the first quarter would come to end the Bulldogs would hold a slim 12-11 lead. In the second quarter it would be more of the same and the Bulldogs would have a 26-20 lead at the break. The Panthers would come out fired up and trim the Bulldogs lead to 39-38 headed to the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Panthers would actual take a four point lead with four minutes to play but the Bulldogs would have a fifteen point swing and cruise to the 60-49 win A key factor in the Bulldogs win would be that made 23 free throws.
