Then just over a minute later the Huskies would cut the lead in half at 2-1 on Jake Schraf's goal. Then just 1:47 into the second the Huskies would tie the game at two on Tucker Bartenslager's goal. Then starting at 9:49 the Icemen would get three goals in two minutes to make it a 5-2 game on goals from Zeb Brown, Kaden Pickering (second of night), and Coby Munson. Then just 1:47 into the third Bailey Conklin would score to make it 5-3 game. Then just over three minutes later Bailey Conklin would score again to make it a one-goal game at 5-4. Then at 6:04 Kaden Pickering would strike again and complete the hat trick and make it a 6-4 game. Then with just over a minute left the Icemen would get an empty netter from Zeb Brown (second of the night) for the 7-4 Icemen win. In the losing effort, the Huskies goaltenders would combine for 25 saves as the Huskies fall to 6-13-1 on the season.
