Malone's Abe Gravell (12) with the diving catch on the looper over the mound. The Malone Huskies would host the Salmon River Shamrocks in section x action. The Huskies would take the 1-0 lead in the first on Abe Gravell's sacrifice fly. In the second inning, the Huskies would break the game wide open with a seven-run inning to make it 8-0. Then they would keep it going in the third and score four more runs and extend the lead to 12-0. The Shamrocks would avoid the shutout in the fifth to make it 12-1. Although the Huskies would answer back in the bottom of the inning to make it 13-1 to secure the victory. In the winning effort, John Brown would get the win as he went three innings striking out two and giving up two hits as the Huskies go to 3-2 on the season. Gallery.
