The #7 Store Tavern would meet up with the #2 Adirondack Archery/Wendell's in the quarterfinals of the Adirondack Slow Pitch Softball League. The teams would trade runs in the first inning and be tied at two. In the third inning, Adirondack Archery would score three runs and take a 5-2 lead. Although at the top of the fourth the Store Tavern would come back and score four runs to take a 6-5 lead. Then would the bottom of the fourth where Adirondack Archery would score eight runs and take a 13-6 lead. The score would stay there till the seventh when the Store Tavern would try and make a last inning comeback that would fall short and Adirondack Archery would hold on for the 13-10 victory.
