When the teams came back for the third quarter they would take complete control as they would win the quarter 28-9 and have a 62-30 lead headed into the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Saints would not give up the fight and win the last quarter 19-16. Although it would not nearly be enough as the Bulldogs would get the 78-49 victory.
