When the teams came out for the second period the Cardinals would score again at the 4:17 mark to make it 5-0 on Cole Stallard's second goal of the night. Then just over a minute, later the Bears would finally get on the board to make it 5-1 and that's where the game would stay until the third period. In the third period, the Cardinals would get two more goals to put the icing on the cake from Cole Stallard's (hat trick goal) and Ayrton Valente to secure the 7-1 victory.
