Super Dirtcar Series Malta Massive - Albany Saratoga Speedway - September 21st 2019

Dave Richner (318) on the high side looking for away around Derrick McGrew as they battle for the win. It would be the third day of a three day weekend of racing at Albany Saratoga Speedway for the Malta Massive Weekend. On tap for the last day of racing would be the Super Dirtcar Series, Dirtcar Pro Stock Series and the Limited Sportsman Modified and there would be around 100 cars in the pits for the night. As for the mains on the night first up would be the Limited Sportsman Modified and a driver would come out of hiatus Derrick McGrew would be leading most of the main event until he had car trouble and it shut off down the back stretch and Dave Richner would inherit the lead and cruise to victory. Next up would be the Super Dirtcar Series and there 100 lap event on a very fast track. It would be a very clean race out there with the high speed track as there would only be two cautions on the night. Demetrios Drellos would start out and would say see ya later to the field. That is not to take away from the raceas there was many battles around the track on the multi groove track. In doing so Drellos would get his first ever Super Dirtcar Series victory and the start in the Billy Whittaker 200 at Oswego rounding out the top three would be a great battle between Billy Decker and Mat Williamson. Next up for the Super Dirtcar Series will be Dirt Week at Oswego where Matt Sheppard will have 90 point lead. The last race on the night would be the Dirtcar Pro Stock Series and it would be a battle between the Canadian invades and the Americans as 32 cars would take the green for the 35 lap main event. When the dust would settle Luke Horning would get the win after charging from eight starting spot but that would not be without challenge from Jay Corbin and Josh Coonradt. Gallery

Mohawk Nationals Night 2 - Mohawk International Raceway - September 14th 2019

Billy Dunn (49) and Matt Williamson (88) battle for the lead during the Mohawk 100 as part of the Mohawk Nationals. It would be night number two of the Mohawk Nationals and it would feature the Can Am Mod Lites, Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North and the Super Dirtcar Series. Between the three divisions there would be a total of 90 cars in the pits. As for the racing on the track it would be the Can Am Mod Lites up first for 20 lap and the win would go to Jeff May as he would dominate the race for the win and also win the series championship. Next up would be the Super Dirtcar Series and the Mohawk 100. The early lead of the race would go to Demetrius Drellos. Although that would be without challenge and Billy Dunn would take the lead around lap 40. Although he would be challenged by and passed by Matt Williamson for the win and get the grauntee spot at the Billy Whittaker 200 at Oswego. Then the last race of the night would be the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North for 50 laps and Robert Delormier and lead from green to checker for the win although it would be not without challenge as Shane Pecore and Brianna Ladecieur would be up there for the win. Egglefield Ford Championship Night - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - August 31th 2019

Connor Cleveland (09) and Jamie Lafountain (20x) send it into turn one as they battle for the lead in the Sportsman Modified main. It would be round 18 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Egglefield Ford championship night and three of the five champions would be crowned. The night would start with a couple of make up mains and first up would be the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and the win would go to Jim McKerrian after a great battle up front with Tylor Terry. Then we would have the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock with Nathan Smart getting another win although there would be a challenge from Josh LaPorte. Then when the mains for championship night got under way the first one up would be the Novice Sportsman Modified and the win would go to Jason Bonnett getting his first win at the track. Next up would be the would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock second main of the night and Nathan Smart would couple the double but this time he would have a challenge from Caleb Tourville although it would be the same result. Then we would have the Egglefield Ford 358 Modified and it would be the way that wanted it Steve Bernier wins the race and the title for his second straight track championship. Then it would be the Hartson Total Opening Pro Stock and with the championship on a 6 point gab it was going to be a good one. It would be a battle up front all night long between Jocelyn Roy Marc LaLonde and CD Beauchanp. Beauchamp would have the lead until he and a lap car got into the wall with three laps to go. Then off the restart Lalonde and Roy would go at again and Roy would get the win but Lalonde would be crowned the first ever track champion in the Pro Stock division. Then we would have the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and how else would you want the season to end but the top 2 in the points this season at the front going for the win and Connor Cleveland would get the win on the night for number 8 but Adam Pierson would get the track championship. Then the night will finish with the Erine's Discount Tools Super Stock with there second main of the night and it would be the same players upfront but this time Tylor Terry would get the win on the night. There will be one more race weekend at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway as the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North and Pro Stock Series come to town along with the Strictly and Super Stock on September 7th. Frenchies Championship Night - Mohawk International Raceway - August 30th 2019

Mike Maresca (7mm) takes it to the highside and gets by Tim Fuller (19) for the lead and win the 50 lap main. It would be Frenchies Championship night at Mohawk International with all 5 division tirles up for grabs. The first main out of the box would be the Bandits and the win would go to Matt Zira after he charged from the last starting position to the win in the 10 lap main and he would also be crowned the season champion. Next up would be the Novice Sportsman Modified and the win would go to Jonathan Rush for first win in just under a year at Mohawk after sprited battle with Dan Beachard and the championship would go to Dan Reif in first year in a Sportsman Modified. Then after the intermission we would be back in action with the Crossroad Tabasco Sportsman Modified and it would be a see saw affair up front between RJ Tressiders and Rickey Thompson with win going to Thompson on a restart with the championship going to Shane Pecore would got a third in the last race. Then we would have the Mod Lites and that would see a fight up between the new series champion Kevin Foster and Harley Brown with the win going to Brown. Then it would be the main event of the evening with the Frenchies 358 Modifieds going 50 laps. It would see Mike Mareseca charge from mid pack to the front and have a battle for the win with Tim Fuller and would see Maresca take the lead with ten to go and hold on for the win. Although the championship would go to Chris Raabe who had a 9th on the night but had enough points in the bag to hold on for the win. Next up at Mohawk will be the Mohawk Nationals a two day show on September 13 and 14 with the Dirtcar Sportsman and Pro Stock Series, Mod Lites, Super Dirtcar Series and the 358 Modified Series. Zack Daniels (30) charges ahead in the closing laps for the win as Michael Wright (78) does his best to get the win. It would be race seventeen at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be back to school/Nostalgia Night presented by Casella Waste Systems. The first main up would be the Nostalgia Tour and there 25 lap event would go to Josh Powers. Then it would be the Egglefield Ford 358 Modified and the win would go to Stephen Bernier for his third win of the season he would have some challenge from Mike Mahanney but Bernier would be in control. Then up would be the Porier True Value Sportsman Modified and Chris Frennier would get the lead off the start but that would be short lived as Adam Pierson would get the lead. Although Begor would charging up and would take the lead and get the win for his second win in four days. Next up would be the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and this would be exciting race with many cautions throughout including the leaders spinning with three laps to go. Off the restart with Zack Daniels would get the win for his second of the season. Then the Novice Sportsman Modified would see first time winner Jonathan Rush. Then the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock would have last main event of the night but that wouldn't happen as the track unsafe do to oil all around the track. Jamy Begor (19) charges to the lead ahead of Travis Bruno (33r) as they go for the thousand dollar paycheck. It would be the sixteenth race of the season at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and would the only stop for the DIRTcar 358 Modified Series Presented by Leary Restoration. In the main event of the night would be the Dirtcar 358 Modified Series 100 lap race and there would be a battle up front between Lance Willix and Erick Rudolph, Rudolph would get the win and cash the 4,000 dollar check on a late race pass for the win. Then you would have the Porier True Value Sportsman Modified for a 1,000 dollar to win race and the win would go to Jamy Begor as he would charge from a tenth place start to the win. Then to finish the night would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports and Nathan Smart would get his 7th win of the season. Laware Construction Night - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - August 3rd 2019

Mike Mahanney (35) sends it into the turn a power slides it around the cotner in the main event. It would be Laware Construction Night at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and week 14 of the season. With this week we would have all six divisions in action with the 358 Modifieds, Sportsman Modified, Novice Sportsman Modified, Pro Stock, Super Stock and Strictly Stock, It would be a great night of racing before the rain came and would halt the night short without the Super Stock and Strictly Stock getting there events in. As for the one that go the racing in it would Lance Willix winning the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds, Jamy Begor in the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified, CD Beauchamp in the Hartson Total Opening Pro Stock for the first repeat winner of the season, and it would be Cody Meyers winning the Novice Sportsman Modified. They will be back racing this coming weekend as it will be Military Appreciation night at the track presented by Huntley Trucking with double features for the Super Stock and Strictly Stock. Snap on Night - Mohawk International Raceway - August 2nd 2019

bumper to bumper

Derric Ellisworth (48) goes bumper to bumper with Jonathan Rush (6j) Ellisworth would get his first win in the Novice Sportsman Modified division. It would be Snap On Tool night at Mohawk International Raceway and all 5 divisions would be in action. The winners on the night would be Tim Fuller in the Frenchies Chevy 358 Modified after a good battle with Chris Raabe that would see them swap the lead a couple times. Then in the Crossroad Tabaco Sportsman Modified and the winner would be Robert Delormier after a battle with Brianna Ladoucier. Then would have a Mod Lites and the cream would rise to the top as Robert Foster would win again. In the Novice Sportsman Modified Deric Ellisworth would get his first career win after leading wire to wire. Then to finish out the night Frank White would win the Bandits race after a battle with Matt Zirra and ending his win streak in the division. Pascal Payour (338) gets completely sideways in turn one off the start of the race but he would straighten it up and take it to the front for the win. It would be another week at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Hall of Fame night presented by Cumberland 12 Cinemas. Before the racing got started we would take time to induce the second class into the hall of fame with it being Bob Mackey, Harold Orsmby, Jean Pual Cabana and Bob Burnell. As for the racing on track it would be another great night of short track racing. The first main out of the box would be the Novice Sportsman Modified and the 20 lapper would go caution free and Dale Gonyo Jr. would get the win. The next would be the return of the Hartson Total Opening Pro Stock after a two month break and the win would go to Pascal Payour but not without challenge from Pual Cyr and CD Beauchamp. Then would have the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and the win would go to Jason McCaltchie after he would battle up front with Chris Reeves he would get under him for the winning pass with 2 laps to go. Then next we would have the Egglefield 358 Modified main and it would be a battle of endurance as they would start with 11 and finish with 6 cars and the win would go to Chris Raabe after Jessey Mueller would have a flat with 5 to go and Raabe inherited the lead. Then we would have the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stocks and the cream would race to the top but not without battle as Nathan Smart gets the win. Then it would be the last race of the night the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and it would be a dogfight up front all race along with Jim McKerrian and Michael Wright tight racing along. As they would come across the finish line for the checkered flag Michael Wright would get it by a nose to secure win 2 of the season. Make A Wish Night Presented by Liquor and Wine Warehouse - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - July 13th 2019

The Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock would take it four wide into turn 1 during the heat race you have Caleb Tourville, Michael Daniels, Clemente Bell, and Matt Leonard and they all made it out the other side. It would be round 12 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Make A Wish Night Presented by Liquor and Wine Warehouse. It would be a great night of racing at the track with many close races through out the night and a few photo finishes along the way. As for the main events on the night it would be the Chris Frennier Strictly Stock that would be first up and after a battle between Josh Laporte, Caleb Tourville, and Nathan Smart there would be late race restart with 2 to go. Off the restart Nathan Smart would get the edge and take the victory. Next up would be the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds and once again Mike Mahaney would jump out to the lead and we thought the race was over. We would be wrong though as Stephen Bernier would keep chipping away at the lead and after Mahaney got held up in lap traffic Bernier would get the lead and win with two laps to go. Then it would be Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified on tap and this race would go caution free for the main event. Mike Phinney would get the lead off the start of race although he would be challenged early by Tanner Forbes and Derrick McGrew he would hold them off. Although Travis Bruno and Adam Pierson were charging from mid pack and with five laps to go they would get around him and then the two would go at it for the win with Adam Pierson getting the eventual win for the third time this season. Then we would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and it would be a wire to wire win for Robert Laware but he would have challenge from Mark Fewster and Justin Stone. Then we would have the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock on track and Michael Wright would take the early lead and fend off Rolland Guay early. Although the cream of the crop would come up and give Wright a fight in the likes of Tylor Terry and Shawn Duquette and with three laps to go they would get around Wright as his car would get loose off of turn two. Then Duquette and Terry would battle for the lead down the stretch with the advantage going to Terry. The racetrack will be silent next weekend as the County Fair takes center stage but will return to racing action July 27th with are 2nd Hall of Fame Night. Gallery Video DVD

St. Lawerence Radiology Independence Day Fireworks - Mohawk International Raceway - July 5th 2019

Rickey Thompson (1R) tried to make a last turn pass on Thomas Cook (35) for the win but Cook would hold on for the win. It would be the St. Lawrence Radiology Independence Day Firework night at the Mohawk International Raceway. The first main of the night would be the Mod Lites and they would go caution free with the win going to Styles Arquiett. Next up would be the Frenchies 358 Modifieds for there 50 lap Independence Day race. It would start out with Chris Raabe on the pole although that would be short lived as Billy Dunn would go to the front. That wouldn't be the end though as Tim Fuller would keep coming from the back to the front and would get around Dunn with like 15 laps to go. Although Dunn wouldn't give up and they would come off turn four on the last lap side by side and Fuller would out drag him to the finish for the win. Next up would be the Crossroads Tobacco Sportsman Modified main and Robert Deloremeir would take the early lead, Thomas Cook would keep coming and would get the lead late in the race. Although that wouldn't be end as he would get a last lap challenge and bump Rickey Thompson coming to the checkered flag. Then we would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and Gavin Riddell would take the lead and go hide for the win. Then the last race of the night would be the Bandits main and it would be the Matt Zira and Francis White show with the win going to Zira. Boarder Battle 100 Presented by Hartson Total Opening - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - July 1st 2019

Nathaniel Guay (55) takes it to the high side down the front stretch as he takes the lead over Cody Agoney and gets his second win in three days. It would be stop number five for the Super Dirtcar Series at the Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway with 31 cars in entered going for the 10 thousand dollar win and the starting start at Napa Super Dirt Week. When the race would start start it would be a early battle between Brett Hearn and Danny Gagne. Then around lap 30 Matt Shepard would show up at the front and he would battle with Brett Hearn for the race and would take the lead on lap 35. Matt Shepard would be pulling away until there was restart around the midway point of the race. On the restart it would be Shepard and Wight going for the lead and Wight would take the lead around lap 60 for good and hold on for the 10 thousand dollar pay day. As for the other races on tap on the night the Poriers True Value Sportsman Modified would have a thousand dollar to win event. The win would go to Adam Pierson as he would charge up from seventeenth for the victory. Although he would have a late race challenge from last years champion Nick Heywood he would be able to hold on for the win. Also in action would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and the early race lead would go to Cody Agoney although Nathaniel Guay would charge from the back get up to Agoney at about the half way point and would eventual get around him to get his second win in three days. There will be more racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway Saturday as it will be the Super Stock Shootout Presented by Peru Farm Center also racing will be the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds, Poirier True Value Sportsman Modified, Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and the Novice Sportsman Modified. O' Canada 100 Presented by Les Enterprises - Cornwall Motor Speedway - June 30th 2019

Robert Delomerier (1) battles for the lead with Moises Paige (66) during the early stages of the Sportsman Modified A Main. It would be the O'Canada 100 Super Dirtcar Series event at Cornwall Motor Speedway presented by Les Enterprises. We would start the night with the mini stock division and the win would go to Yannik Potvin not without a strong fight from Justin Jodoin. Next up would be the main event of evening with the O' Canada 100 Super Dirtcar Series race. The battle early would be between Matt Shepard and Danny Johnson until about lap 40 when Danny Johnson would slide off the top of the track in turn three. Although that would not be the end as Matt Shepard would have a late race challenge from Larry Wight although Matt Shepard would hold on for the win. Then to end the night it would be the Sportsman Modified and it would be a battle upfront between Robert Delormeir and Moises Paige for the 25 lap main event. Next up on the schedule for the Super Dirtcar Series would be the Boarder Battle 100 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway the next night. Gallery

Throwback/Nostalgia Tour Night Presented by Adirondack Energy - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - June 29th 2019

Cody Meyers (75) would cruise to his second win of the season inside the Novice Sportsman Modified ranks. It would be the ninth saturday of racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Throwback Night as the Dirt Modified Nostalgia Tour would be in two for there first of two races this season. They would be pushing the show because the rain was coming and they wanted to get it done before it hit. When we got to the features on the night first out of the box would be the Nostagila tour and Thomas Placey would get the win as Chip Guathiner car would fall off near the end of the race. Then next up would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and the win would go to ten year old Nathaniel Guay for his first career win at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway as he would assume the lead when race leaders Nathan Smart and Josh Laporte would get into each other fighting for the lead and he would go underneath for the win. Next up would be the main event of the evening for the Poriers True Value Sportsman Modified and the battle would be up front between Travis Bruno and Codie Aubin with the eventual win going to Travis Bruno who would use a late race restart to get the win for the second time this year. Then with the rains coming they would get Novice Sportsman Modified out there for there main and Cody Meyers would get his second win of the season and with the rain coming that would put a end to the show with only the Super Stock not getting the main to run which will be made up as a double feature at a later date. Massive 4th of July Celebration Presented by Dean's Electric - Albany Saratoga Speedway - June 28th 2019

Matt Delorenzo (3d) charges on the bottom around Mike Mahaney for second as he heads for the lead and the win. It would be the massive 4th of Celebration presented by Dean's Electric at the Albany Saratoga Speedway and they would have all divisions in action with the Modifieds, Sportsman Modifieds, Pro Stock, Street Stock, Novice Sportsman Modifieds and the 4 cylinders. As we would get the first main of the night it would be the Street Stock and the win would go to Jim Duncan although not without stiff competition from John Filarecki. Next up would be the Pro Stock division and the win would go to Brandon Emigh who would charge from the middle of the pack for the win he would take a late race battle from Josh Coonradt for the win. Then we would have the Sportsman Modified and Derek Bornt would use his good starting position to keep it up near the front all race long and eventually get win over Brian Calabrese and Tim Hartman. Then we would have the racetracks firework display to celeberate are independence day. Once we got back to racing the Modifieds and the win would go Matt DeLorenzo as he would have a early battle with Kris Vernold and then a late charge from Marc Johnston to hang on for the win. Then we would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and Tucker O'Connor would get his second win of the season. Then we would finish of the night with the 4 Cylinder class in what would be on of the best races of the night and it would go caution free and David Frame as he would get the win on a last corner pass of Steve Ryan. Can-Am Mod Lites Series Presented by Bailey Ford - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - June 22th 2019

The top three in the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds Mike Mahanney (35), Lance Willix (31) and Chris Raabe (01) all sliding into tuen one off a restart. It would be the eighth week of Dirtcar racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be the Can-Am Modified Lites series presented by Bailey Ford that would be on tap for the night. The night would start of great with all the heat races done in just over a hour. Then it would be main event time and the first one up would be the Can Am Modified Lites and the win would go to Jeffrey May but not without stiff competition from Eric Carron for the win. Then next up would be the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and thst is where the craziness on the night would start as there would be six caution in the 30 lap main event with a big wreck on the front stretch that involved ten cars and destroyed a couple. When the dust settled though it would be Adam Pierson scoring his first win of the season after getting a battle from Bucko Branham. Then we would have the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds and that race would also not be without incident as Greg Atkins would go flipping down the front straightaway destorying the car and damaging Jessey Muellers car in the process. Next would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and we thought we were going to have an uneventful race well until the end when they came across the line three wide for third and all three would end up in the turn three wall as for the win it would go to Nathan Smart. Then to close off the night it would be the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and the win would go to Tylor Terry as he hold off Shawn Duquette for the main win. Michael Wright (78) pulling away from Shawn Duquette (18) in the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock for his first A Main win of the season. It would be week seven of the season at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be law enforcement night presented by the House of Hair Salon with all the divisions in action other then the Pro Stock division. They would be on the hurry up this weekend with the rain about 3 hrs out they a small window to get the racing in. As for the A Main's on the night the first one up would be the Novice Sportsman Modified and Dale Gonyo Jr would get win number one after chasing down Lee Barcomb from a straightway behind for the win. Next up would be the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds and it would be a battle up front between the last two track champions Steve Bernier and Chris Raabe along with Danny Gagne. When the dust would settle Chris Raabe it would be Chris Raabe beating Danny Gagne on a restart with 3 laps to go to score win number one of the season. Next up would be the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and it would be familiar battle up front between Connor Cleveland and Adam Pierson and when it was all side in done it would be Connor Cleveland getting win number four of the season and Adam Pierson would score his fifth podium finish of the year. Then we would have the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock up and it would be the Michael Wright show he would get a late race challenge from Shawn Duquette but he would hold on for his first win of the season. Then the last race of the night would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and Nathan Smart would get the victory for his first victory season but it would be not without challenge from points leader Caleb Tourville. They will be back in action again next weekend for the Mod Lites Series presented by Riley Ford along with the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds, Porier True Value Sportsman, Ernie's Discount Super Stock and the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock. It would be week 6 of racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be the Empire Super Sprints/Quebec Lightning presented by Porier True Value. There would be good racing all night long as for the features the first feature of the night would be the Novice Sportsman Modified and RJ Tressider would get his second win of the season. Then next up would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stocks and it would be a battle up front between Josh Laporte and Caleb Tourville, Tourville would be declared the winner after Josh Laporte would disquieted for failing post race tech. Then we would have the Quebec Lightning and Pascal Levesque would take home the 20 lap main event. Then next would be the one that everyone in the stands was waiting for the Empire Super Sprints and Josh Pieniazek would get his first win of his career after early race leader Sean Donath would pull in with an apparent engine issue. Then we would have the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and it would different week by same winner as Connor Cleveland would get his third win of the season but not without stiff competition from Nick Heywood. Then the night would finish with the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and the win would go to Shawn Duquette after race leader Jim McKerrien would slip up in turn 4 on the final lap and Duquette would duck underneath and beat him to the line. Derrek McGrew Jr (26) would beat Patrick Picton (48) for his first Dirtcar Sportsman Modified victory. It would be Week 5 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway as part of VP Fuels night Presented by Huntley Trucking with 78 cars in the pits it would be a good night of racing ahead. As for the A main's on the night the first one up would be the Ernie's Discount Totals Super Stock it would be Zach Daniels battling with Tylor Terry throughout the 20 lap feature to get his first win of the season. Next up would be the Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and there 30 lap feature would have 26 cars start and young Derek McGrew would fend off all challengers including a late charge from Patrick Picton for his first Dirtcar Sportsman Modified. The we would go to the Egglefield Ford 358 Modified and it would start with a battle up front between Moody Mile Motorsports teammates Patrick Dupree and Jordan McCreadie but they would both be passed by eventual winner Jessey Mueller gettins his first win of the season. Then we would have the Hartston Total Opening Pro Stock and that would be a head to head all race long between Roch Aubin and Pierre Oliver-Breault with Breault scoring his first win of the season. Then we would have Novice Sportsman Modified and RJ Tresidder would get second win of the season after a battle from Mark Fewster. The night would finish with the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and Josh Laporte getting the win over Caleb Tourville. Next week Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway will be back in action with the Sportsman Modified, Novice Sportsman Modified, Super Stock and Strictly Stock plus the popular Empire Super Sprints make there one stop of the year to the track. As for the feature racing on night it would start with Randy Miller in the Street Stock getting the win after good early race battle with David Cook. Next up would be the Pro Stock A Main that would see Rob Yetman pick his way through the back of the back and get the win after some good battles all the way up. Then it would be the Sportsman Modified with 36 cars taking the green with the 1 thousand dollars on the line after many spins and wrecks throughout the eventual win would go Justin Buff. Then it would be earth shaking ground pounding 358 Modified with everyone getting there cars dialed in for the 5400 to win midway week race Marc Johnson would come through the dust for the win. Next up would be the Limited Sportsman Modified and David Richer would get the win after a late race battle with Dave Boisclair. Tylor Terry (44) battles with brother Josh Terry (43) for the win in the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock A Main nothing like a little brotherly love. It would be the fourth week of racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Kid's Night Presented by Ashley Furniture Home Style with all 6 six divisions in action on the night. The night would start off with the ever popular Kid's Rides where the kids were able to come down a take a ride around the track in there favptite drivers car and when all the kids got on the track it there would be more people on the track then in the stands. As for the racing on track it would be intense all night with 98 cars in the pits for the night. The first feature out of the box would be the Hartson Total Openning Pro Stock and it would be Joecyln Roy and CD Beauchamp going at it once again this time with Roy getting the upper hand and the win. Next up would be the popular 358 Modified and when the dust settled it would be Stephen Bernier and Lance Willix battling out for the win and Lance Willix would get his second straight Egglefield Brothers 358 Modified A Main win of the season. Then we would have the fourius Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and with 38 cars in the pits it would be a battle just to make the show and when it came to the A-main it would Mr. Consistency Adam Pierson and Connor Cleveland going for the win and Connor Cleveland would get his second win of the season while Peirson would get another second place finish. Then we would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and Felix Roy would get his second straight win after Cory Myers would give him a hard fight for the first half of the race. Then we would have the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and the battle for the win would come right down to the checkered flag between the Terry brothers with Tylor getting the win at the line. The night would finish with the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and the win would go to Caleb Tourville after apparent winner Nathan Smart was disqualified in tech after the race. Josh Laporte (45b) and Michael Whalen (11) goes bumper to bumper through the corner as they battle for the lead. It would week three of racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Fire and EMS Night presented by Garrand Motorsports with the 358 Modified, Sportsman Modified, Super Stock, Strictly Stock, and Novice Sportsman Modified on the racing card. The first feature of the night up would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports and from the start it would be the Caleb Tourville and Josh Laporte show at the front until the closing laps when a player would get invovlded Michael Whalen and when the dust settled it would be Josh LaPorte getting win number two of the second. Next up would be the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds and there 30 laps feature would go caution free and the battle up front for the win would be between Lance Willix Jake Lehner and Greg Atkins and Lance Willix would take the lead on lap 17 and not look back. Then we would have the popular Porier True Value Sportsman Modifieds and probably be the best race of the night with multiple battles up front for the lead between Adam Pierson Jake Speshok and Lonnie Rivers. Although when the dust settled the win would go to Lonnie Rivers who took the lead with five laps to go. Then we would have the Erine's Discount Tools Super Stocks and for the third week in a row the winner would be Jim McKiernan but that would be not with out stiff competition from the Terry Brothers (Josh and Tylor) as they were looking to stop the streak. Then to finish off the night you would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and it would be the youth that would take center stages as two teenagers would finish 1 and 2 with Felix Roy getting the win and Dale Gonyo Jr second and first week winner Lee Barcomb coming in third, Next week will be kids night at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway with all divisions racing with the return of the Hartson Total Opening Pro Stock. Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region Presented by Casella Waste Management - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - May 4th 2019

Luke Whittaker (38) and Mario Claire (22c) battle for the lead in the late stages of the 358 feature event. It would be week 2 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region would be in town along with the 358 Modifieds, Pro Stock, Super Stock, and Strictly Stock all presented by Casella Waste Management with 110 cars in the pits. The first feature out for the night would be the Pro Stocks and would see Marc Lalonde get out to a big lead in the 25 lap feature although C.D. Beauchamp would be charging fast at end and come a care length short as Marc Lalonde would win the caution free feature. Next up would be the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region race and with Shane Pecor starting on the pole the teams knew they needed to bring there a game and it was evident the first part of the race. Although he would challenges throughout the night from Travis Bruno, Connor Cleveland and Adam Pierson. On a restart during the second half of the race Travis Bruno would get out front and fend off all comers and get the win and the thousand dollar check. Next up would be 358 Modifieds and that would be another hard fought race between Mario Claire, Steve Bernier, Danny Gagne and Luke Whittaker. Luke Whittaker would take his hard charging car from a 16th starting spot up to the lead and get the feature win. Then we would have the Super Stock division and would be a battle up front for most of the race between Brent Jarvis and Jim McKiernan with the win going to McKiernan for the second week in a row. To end off the night it would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and it would be a battle of endurance as they started with eight cars and would finish with four with the win going to Josh LaPorte on late race pass of Caleb Tourville. We will be back in action next week at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway with the 358 Modified, Sportsman Modified, Novice Sportsman Modified, Super Stock, and Strictly Stock as part of Fire and EMS night. 66th Season Opener presented by Harmony Golf Course - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - April 27th 2019

Stephen Bernier (25) and Lance Willix (31) battling for the lead in the 50 lap 358 Modified feature. It would be 66th season opener at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway presented by Harmony Golf Course and there would be 85 cars in the pits over 6 divisions ready to do battle and get that season opening win. The main event of the evening would be the 50 lap 2k to win 358 Modified race and it would see a showdown between Stephen Bernier and Lance Willix who would be attached to each other for most of race. At one point where Stephen Bernier slammed it off the front stretch wall and got airborne and would get eventual win. In the Sportsman Modified 2017 season champion Connor Cleveland would return and show why he was championing leading wire to wire for the win. In the first weekly race for the Pro Stock division C.D. Beauchamp would still be the one winner the Pro Stock class has every seen at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway but that wasn't without challenge from Jocelyn Roy coming down the stretch. In the Super Stock class it would be a showdown between Jim Mckiernan, Brent Jarvis and Michael Wright with the eventual win going to Jim McKiernan. As for the Novice Sportsman it would be Lee Barcomb with the wire to wire win and in the Strictly Stock Matt Leonard would do the same to finish off the season openning weekend. Gallery Video DVD

Thunder in the Thousand Island - Can AM Speedway - April 13th 2019

Jessica Powers (52) tried to cut underneath Cedric Gauvereau (22c) and couldn't quite back it and takes the 22C around causing major damage to her own car. It would be the opener of the Super Dirtcar Series and they would return to the Can-Am Speedway for the first time in ten years. It would be the Thunder in the Thousand Island with 41 cars showing up for the Super Dirt Week Qualifier. Everyone's emotions were up for the season opener and it would be evident in the feature race as 31 cars would start and only 16 would finish do to multipile wrecks throughout the race cuasing major damage to many cars ending there night early. Although when the dust settled Matt Shepherd would be the winner of the 10 thousand dollars and the all important automatic qualifying spot for Dirtweek in October. Shepherd's major challenge on the day would come from Billy Dunn and Mat Williamson but they were only able to hang with him for a few laps off the restarts and then Sheppard would slowly just pull away.
