Salmon River Shamrocks
Plattsburgh Hornets Vs Salmon River Shamrocks - Section X - May 17th 2019
Plattsburgh's Ethan Vaughn (27) with the shot from in close for one of two goals on the night. It would be the last game of the regular season and the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Salmon River Shamrocks in Section X Boy's Lacrosse action. The game would start good for the Hornets as they would get opening goal of the game although they would be down 3-1 after the first quarter. In the second quarter they tried there best to stay with the Shamrocks losing the quarter 5-2 and trail 8-3 at the halftime. In the second half the Shamrocks would be off to the races and the Hornets wouldn't have much of answer and would lose the half 10-3 and the game 18-6. In the losing effort Ethan Vaughn and Corbin Murray would have 2 goals each as the Hornets season would end at 2-13. Gallery

Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs Salmon River Shamrocks September 12th 2017
Chateaugay's (5) with the tip at the net over the Salmon River defender for the point. It would be an opening night of volleyball season. As the Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel to Salmon River for the Salmon River Shamrocks. The Bulldogs would get a challenge throughout the night but they still would get the straight-set victory by scores of 25-16, 25-20, and 25-21. Next up for the Chateaugay Bulldogs would be their home opener against the Malone Huskies. Gallery.

Northern Adirondack Conference Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs Salmon River Shamrocks September 12th 2017
Chateaugay's (14) with the spike towards the middle of the court for the point. It would be an opening night of volleyball season. As the Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel to Salmon River for the Salmon River Shamrocks. The Bulldogs would get a challenge throughout the night but they still would get the straight-set victory by scores of 25-16, 25-20, and 25-21. NYS Division II Quarterfinals Beekmentown Eagles Vs Salmon River Shamrocks March 4th 2017
The Beekmentown Eagles would meet up with the Salmon River Shamrocks in the NYS Division II Quarterfinals with the winner going to the final four. The game would remain scoreless until the 5:22 mark of the second period when Josh McCaulley would score for the Eagles to make it 1-0. The Shamrocks would tie the game up at 1 at the 11:35 mark of the second period. That is where the game would stay until the 2:22 mark of double when Beekmantown's Cade Collins would score the game winner off the face off for the 2-1 victory. In the winning effort Cole Harvey would save 24 as the Eagles go to the final four to face St Lawerence. Gallery

The Beekmantown Eagles would meet up with the Salmon River Shamrocks in the NYS Division II Quarterfinals with the winner going to the final four. Section NYSPHSAA Boy's Basketball Section 7/10 Challenge Salmon River Shamrocks Vs Plattsburgh Hornets
Salmon River's Jared Bigness (20) with the jumper in close for the score. It would be the second game of the Section 7/10 Challenge featuring the Salmon River Shamrocks and the Plattsburgh Hornets. It would be a game that the Hornets would control from start to finish the hornets would lead 41-13 at the half. In the second half, it would be more of the same as the Hornets 34-22. With that the Hornets would secure the 74-35 victory go to 5-4 while the Shamrocks fall to 5-7 on the season. Gallery

Salmon River Shamrocks @ #9 Beekmantown Eagles February 18 2016
Salmon River's Jarred Jackson (25) with the diving save to cover up the puck and force the face-off. It would be a non-conference matchup as the Salmon River Shamrocks would travel to Plattsburgh and take on the #9 Beekmantown Eagles. The Shamrocks would jump out to the quick 1-0 lead on Bryton Burns goal at 2 minutes of the first period. The Eagles would come back and tie the game at one on Kade Collins goal. The Eagles would take a 2-1 lead on Christin Wawrzynski goal at 13:30 of the first period. The game would remain there til 13:10 of the second period when the Eagles would extend the lead to 3-1 on Michael Parent's goal. The Shamrocks would cut the lead to 3-2 on Otto Thomas's powerplay goal at 8:43 of the third period. The Eagles would regain the two-goal lead on Hayden King's goal at 9:03 of the third. Then in the final two minutes, the Eagles would score with Matthew Maggy to secure the 5-2 victory. Gallery
