It would be opening night of the Adirondack Slow Pitch Softball League and it would feature the Store Tavern Vs the Hitmen. It would not be a good night for the store tavern as they would have to go against the defending Class A Champs. It would be a 2-1 one game after the first inning. Then in the second inning, the hitmen would explode for ten runs and take the 12-1 lead and from there the route was on.
