Travis Bruno (33r) and Bucko Branham (20) battle for the lead of a late race restart in the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified as it would be the student versus the professor. There would be more than fireworks in the sky with all the action on the track throughout. The night would get started off with the Sportsman Modified heat races with wins going to Beau Reeves, Bentley Gray, and Bucko Branham. Next up would be the Taylor Rental 4 Cylinders for their three heat races and the winners would be Kenny Tourville, Mat LaValley, and Nick Harnden. Then the Northern Blacktopping Limited Sportsman Modified would have their one heat and Dale Gonyo would get the win. Then to finish of the heats would be the Hartson Total Opening Renegades for their two heats and the wins would be Tylor Terry and Jim Mickerren. Then it would be onto the main events for the night with the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified A-Main and it would start rough and tumble as they would go three-wide into turn 1 on the first lap and a 12-car pile-up would insure. Once the carriage was picked up it would be a showcase up front between the professor and student as Bucko Branham and Travis Bruno battle for the win and when the dust settled Travis Bruno would get win three of the season. Then it would be onto intermission and what most of the crowd was looking forward to the fireworks. Once the show was done it would be the Taylor Rental 4 Cylinders for 15 laps and it would be a heated race throughout with one lap to go Greg Zindler and Josh Blake would get together going for the win and would see Blake flip three and Zindler sent to the pits early by race control. There would be a one-lap shootout to settle it and the win would go to Josh Laporte for his second win of the season. Then it would be the Northern Blacktopping Limited Sportsman Modified for their 15-lap event and would see Xavier Deloremier get the win in a caution-free event. Then the night would come to end with the Hartson Total Opening Renegades 25-lap main event. It would be a battle up front most of the night between the Terry brothers with the win going to Tylor Terry for the first win of the season. Gallery
