Store Tavern's Pat Leary (1) slides under Leroux Fuels third in the mud from the rain-soaked field. The Store Tavern and Leroux Fuels would meet for game two of the best of five series in the first round. The Store Tavern would have to play a man short as they would have an injury in the 1st inning. The teams would trade runs in the first inning both scoring two runs as the game would be tied at 2. Then the rain would come and not quit the rest of the night. That is where the game would remain until the 3rd when Leroux Fuels would score four and the Store Tavern would get three to make it a 6-5 game. Then in the fourth inning would score five runs to make it 11-5 in the fifth. The game would be called after the fifth inning does the field being unplayable.
