It would be a battle of top 20 teams as the #19 Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the #18 Brushton-Moria Panthers in Section X action. It would be a battle between a couple rivals and the Bulldogs would have the 12-7 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, Bulldogs would continue to control the game and win the quarter 18-10 and have a 30-17 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third quarter the Panthers would start clawing there way back and win the quarter 11-7 although the Bulldogs would still lead 37-28. In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs would put the clamps down on the Panthers and win the quarter 21-10 and get the 58-38 victory.
