Store Tavern's Shane Perrotte (2) puts the tag on Furgeson Fire's Haydin Fountain trying to stretch it into a double. It would be the Store Tavern taking on Furgerson Fire in Adirondack Slow Pitch League action. The Store Tavern would take the quick 2-0 lead in the first. The game would remain there till the 4th when the Store Tavern would get five more and take a convincing 7-0 lead. Furgeson Fire would try and make a rally in the sixth but it would go for not as they would only get four and the Store Tavern would hold on for the 7-4 victory. Gallery

Plattsburgh's Jared Croy's with the leaping interception along the sidelines on the overthrow. It would be week four of the Empire Football League season and it would be the battle for the Mayor's Cup as the Plattsburgh North Stars would host the Glens Falls Greenjackets. The Northstars would get on the board quick and take 7-0 lead on the third play of the game on the Rascoe to Bouyea connection and the game would stay there till 2 minutes into the second quarter and make it 14-0. Then about halfway through the second quarter, the Jackets would get on the board with a deep touchdown pass to make it 14-7. Then just before the half, the green jackets would make a short field goal to make it 14-10. In the second half, the lone score of the half would come on Elisa Parks 1 yard run in the fourth quarter to secure the 20-10 victory as the Northstars go to 3-1 on the season. Gallery.

Modifieds Danny Sullivan (3) goes side by side with Ryan McClean (69)through turns 1 and 2 as they battle for the second position. It would be hometown heroes night at Airborne Park Speedway along with double points for all divisions. With there being double points on the line you could tell the drivers were putting some extra effort out there to make that championship push. When it was all said and done Kris Clark would win the Mini Modifieds as Dale O'Neil was unable to pass post-race tech. In the renegades, the winner would be Robert Gordon. Then in the main event the Modifieds winner would be a popular one with the crowd as Danny Sullivan would get his first career modified feature victory.

PASS Racers Brent Dragon (55) and Joey Doiron (73) battle for the lead in the PASS 200 as part of the International 500. It would be the third edition of the International 500 and this year it would feature the American Canadian Tour and Pro All-Star Series in 200 lap races along with the Revstar Slingshots. There would be 44 cars between the two series with some drivers racing in both. The winner for the farthest haul would go to Tate Fogleman who came from North Carolina for the PASS race. There would be some good competition throughout the day with tight racing at the top all day long. The drivers were up on the wheel with the big 10,000 to win on the line. When it was all side and done Joey Doiron would win the PASS event. The in the ACT event Nick Sweet would start on the pole and come around for the eventual winner to claim the 10,000

Plattsburgh's Tre Bucci (1) stumbles and falls but recoveries nicely to make the overhead catch. It would be week 2 of the Empire Football League and it would pit a rematch of last year's championship as the Plattsburgh North Stars would host the Watertown Red Black. The game would start to go the North Stars as Harry Rascoe would connect with Tory Bouyea for a 62-yard score to make it 7-0. Then with four minutes remaining in the quarter, Watertown's Curtis Dukes would get the running score to tie the game at seven. The North Stars would regain the lead with just three minutes left in the half when Tre Bucci would make a juggling catch in the endzone for the 14-7 lead at the break. Then seven minutes into the second half the Stars would score again with Troy Bouyea to make it a 20-7 game. From there on out the defense would shut the Red Black down and the North Stars would hold on for the 20-7 victory. In the winning effort, the Plattsburgh North Stars would go to 1-1 on the season as the Red Black fall to 1-1 on the season. Gallery.

Monster Truck Weapon 1 with Matt Cody drivers stands the truck straight up and down with the wheelie in front of the crowd. It would be the 2015 Monster Truck Mania edition with the Black Stallion, Weapon 1, Higher Education, and Overkill Evolution. As part of the show would be Burnout Contest, Reserve Races, Spectator Racers, and Flagpole races. There would be a good crowd on a story that would be entertained with a two-hour show. The crowd would be most pleased with the Burnout Contest although the Main Event of the evening would be the blown Monster Trucks. Gallery

Modifieds Bucko Branham (20) gives the old bump and run to Danny Sullivan (3) headed into turn 1 with two laps to go and gets the win. It would be week 6 of racing at Airborne Park Speedway and it would be double features for the Mini-Modifieds, Renegades and twin 50's for the Modifieds. There would be some intense racing throughout the evening including a photo finish and lots of three-wide racing but for the most part, it would be all clean racing. The feature winners in the evening would be CJ LaVair and Kris Clark in the Mini-Modifieds, in the Renegades it would be Tylor Terry and Brent Jarvis. As for the main event the Modifieds it would be Bucko Branham getting the first one with the bump run with 2 laps to go on Danny Sullivan and Vincent Queenville would get the second feature. The racers are off for a couple of weeks as the ACT series comes in for a stand-alone show.

Renegades Robert Gordon (H20) and Zack Daniels (30) comes across the finish line during the first heat side by side under the checkered flag. It would be week 5 of racing at Airborne and it would be Riley Ford Night presented by Whelen with a Modified Double Feature. There would be a threat of rain over the track the whole evening but it would stay dry all night. The action on the track would be fast and hard charging throughout the night with a couple crashes on tap. When the smoke would settle the feature winners on the evening would be Kris Clark in the Mini-Modifieds, Richie Turner in the Renegades and Jamie LaFountain and Mike Wells in the Modifieds as they would be the seventh different winner in the division this season.

Renegades Shawn Duquette (18) comes through the middle of a three-wide in turn one of Michael Wright (78) and Dylan Rabtoy (22) in the late stages of the feature. It would be week four of racing at Airborne Park Speedway as part of Peru Federal Credit Union/Econo Lodge Double feature night as all divisions would have two features. It would be some of the intense racing on the night as teams were fighting for the extra points and money. With that being said there would be a couple of wrecks and some damaged cars on the night. As for the winners on the night in the Modifieds, it would be Jayson Criss and Bucko Branham, Renegades would be Zack Daniels and Josh Terry and in the Mini-Modifieds it would be Chris LaVair and Tyler Irwin.

After last week's Tuesday and Wednesday rain-shortened event, the Airborne Kart Racing season began with all 6 divisions racing for two different weeks. First was finishing up Week 1 action with Junior 1 Rookie Wyatt Dragoon, #21 from Plattsburgh, NY picking up the win and Nathaniel Guay, #55 from Moors, NY with the Junior 1 Pro win. Junior 2 Rookie winner was Ethan Baggs, #37 from Plattsburgh, NY and Junior 2 Pro winner Tanner Forbes, #29 from Jay, NY. An open Lightweight winner was Curtis Lamere, #91 from Burke, NY and Open Heavyweight winner Brian Fagan, #27 from Keeseville, NY. In Week 2 action: Colby Waite, #18 from Burlington, VT picks up the win in Junior 1 Rookie action and Ryan Bevins, #7 from Colchester, VT with the win in Junior 1 Pro action. In Junior 2 rookie action Ethan Baggs picks up his second win while in Junior 2 Pro Tanner Forbes picks up his second win of the day. In Open Lightweight action Curtis Lamiere picks up his second win of the day and in Open Heavyweight action Pat Patterson, #9 from Lake Placid, NY picks up the win. At the end of the double week action, Wyatt Draggon and Colby Waite are neck and neck in the Junior 1 Rookie point standings: Dragoon with 108 and Waite with 102. While in Junior 1 Pro Ryan Bevins and Nathaniel Guay are just one point from each other: Bevins at 106 and Guay at 105 points. In Junior, 2 Rookie Ethan Baggs leads by only 4 over Ethan Worley: Baggs at 109 and Worley at 105 points. In Junior 2 Pro Tanner Forbes has a 12 point lead over Brayden Rabtoy: Forbes at 110 and Rabtoy at 98. In Open Lightweight Curtis Lamere has a 2 point lead over Tobias Mason: Lamere at 108 and Mason at 106 points.
