It would be the fourth game of the day from the Clinton Community College gym on the second day of championship weekend, and it would see the #1 Moriah Vikings and the #3 Ticonderog Setinels in the classic rivalry for the Class C Championship. It would be a high-scoring game to start the first eight minutes as the Vikings would race out to an 18-10 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Vikings would start to take control of the game with a 16-8 quarter and take the 34-18 lead into the intermission. When the teams would return for the third quarter, the high pace of the game would continue as the Vikings would win the quarter at 18-13 and take the 52-31 lead into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Vikings would keep control and put the icing on the game with a 16-7 quarter to secure the 68-38 victory. In the winning effort for the Moriah Vikings, they punched their return ticket to the New York State Class C Tournament as Cooper Allen led the team with 27 points, and they went to 16-5 in the season.
