Airborne Speedway's Matt Rivers (88) steps on second throws on to first for the double play. The Plattsburgh Cardinals would sweep the Airborne Speedway Padres 4-1 and 8-6. The first game of the day would be tight through and the Cardinals would just come up better with the timely hitting. In-game 2 the Padres would hold a 6-1 lead heading into the sixth inning and then wheels would just fall off as errors would kill them in the remaining two innings and give up seven runs.
