Chateaugay's Brianna Cook (10) with the backward flip to win the opening tip over the Colton-Pierpont jumper at the start. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would meet with the Colton-Pierpont Colts in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would get off to a quick start and take the 16-5 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the teams would trade basket and tie at 12 although they would have 28-17 lead at the break. When the teams returned for the third quarter it would be a defense quarter with the Bulldogs winning it 9-5 to take a 37-22 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Bulldogs would win the quarter 11-3 and get the 48-25 victory. Leading the way for the Bulldogs would be Brianna Cook with 17 points as the Bulldogs go to 3-1 on the season.
