We would have the crosstown rival game as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Peru Nighthawks in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference girls's Soccer action from the Plattsburgh High Sports Athletic Complex. The Nighthawks would not waste time getting the game's opening goal just three minutes in when Maggie Garrow would strike the back of the net for the 1-0 lead early. Although, the Hornets would be able to get the equalizer later in the half to tie the game at one point to end the first half. The game would stay tied until the 53rd minute when Amaya Abellard would score to give the Hornets the lead, and from there, they would hold on for the victory.
