Beekmantown's Reid Fessette (17) rifles the shot from the circle on the net for the goal. It would be nonleague action at the Stafford Ice Arena as the Beekmantown Eagles would host the Potsdam Sandstoners. The game would start off good for the home Eagles as Luke Moser would get the quick goal at 1:57 of the first period for the early 1-0 lead. The Sandstoners would answer back just over two minutes later and tie the game at 1 on the John Friot goal. The Eagles would be in control the rest of the period with four more goals coming from Dalton Kane, Colin Latinville, Reid Fessette, and Luke Moser (second of the game) and have a commanding 5-1 lead at the end of one. In the second period, the Eagles would stay hot with another three goals Luke Moser (third and fourth of the night), Sweenor (shorthanded), and have an 8-1 lead. In the third period, the Eagles still couldn't be shut down as they would get another three goals Keegan Rodier, Anthony Marion, and Cooper Burdo to secure the 11-1. In the winning effort, the Eagles go to 5-2 while the Sandstoners fall to 1-7 on the season. Gallery

Malone Huskies @ Plattsburgh Hornets December 10th 2021

Plattsburgh's Ty Conklin (31) makes the save on the breakaway to keep the Hornets in the game. It would be a nonconference affair as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Malone Huskies at the Ameri-can North Sports Complex. The game would not start well for the home hornets as the Huskies would get the lone goal of the first period. Although in the second period the offenses for both teams would come alive as they would combine for fives goals in the period and be tied at three at the end scoring for the Hornets would be Drew Knowles, Jackson Kain, and Jace Lacey. Then in the third period, they would combine four more goals and stay tied at 5 with goals from Hayden Colburn and Bostyn Duquette sending the teams to overtime. In the overtime there would be no answer from anyone and the game would end in a five-all tie. Gallery

St. Lawerence Larries @ Saranac Chiefs December 10th 2021

Saranac's Landon Duprey (16) with the rebound for the game-winner to cap off a massive 4 point night (2 goals and 2 assists). It would be a nonleague game as the Saranac Chiefs would host the St. Lawerence Larries. The game would start off good for the home Chiefs as they would get the opening goal of the game at the 5:25 mark from Ryan Maggey as the Chiefs take a 1-0 lead. Although the Larries would answer back without 3:30 left in the period on the goal from Ashton Davis. Although the second period would belong to the Chiefs as they would get three goals in the first 5:19 from Hunter Patnode, Landon Duprey, and Hayden Buckley to give the Chiefs a 4-1 lead headed into the third period. Although the Larries would not give up the fight and they would fight all the way back and tie the game up at four. It would take a goal from Saranac's Landon Duprey in the final minute on the powerplay to secure the 5-4 win. In the winning effort, the Chiefs will go to 2-2 on the season and play their next game on December 13th against Beekmantown Eagles while the Larries fall to 0-2 on the season. Gallery

It would be a non-league affair between the Malone Huskies and the Northeastern Clinton Cougars. The Cougars would strike first at the 8:50 mark of the first period on Gonyo's goal. The game would stay there till 9:03 mark of the second when Gonyo would strike again this time on the power play to make it 2-0. The Cougars would extend the lead to 3-0 on Dupee's goal late in the second period. The Huskies would get on the board at the 51-second mark of the third period to make it 3-1 on the power play. Then at 5:10 mark of the period, Benware would strike again to make it a 3-2 game. The Huskies would fight the rest of the game but their efforts would come shortly as the Cougars get the 3-2 win. The Malone Huskies would meet up with the Norwood-Norfolk Icemen in Section X Division 2 action. The Icemen would waste little time in a taking the 1-0 lead at the three minute mark of the first period from Colby Munson. The game would stay there til 12:23 of the period when Brandon Palmer would make it 2-0 Icemen. Then in the final minute of the first period Johan Eksing would score for the Huskies on the power play to make it 2-1. The Icemen would regain the two goal lead at 3-1 2:30 into the second period on Zeb Brown's goal. The Icemen would extend the lead to 4-1 at 8:40 on Shane Cryderman's goal. The Icemen would continue at the 13:17 mark and make it 5-1 on Austin Cousineau's goal. In the third period it would be more of the same as the Icemen would score at 2:11 Coby Munson's second goal of the night to make it 6-1. Then at 5:30 of the period the Icemen would make it 7-1 on Tristen Harvey's goal. Then at 10:29 the Huskies would finally light the lamp again on Bailey Conklin's power play goal to make it 7-2. Then just to finish it off Icemen's Zeb Brown would get his second of the night to secure the 8-2 victory. In the losing effort Joe Brown would make 34 saves as the Huskies fall to 2-1 on the season.
