Moriah's Braden Swan (1) steps in front of the route and intercepts the pass intended for Ausable Valley's Luis Perez (3). It would be the last week of the regular season and Ausable Valley would be hosting #12 Moriah Vikings. This would be a game that Vikings would be in complete control from start to finish. The Vikings would score twice in the first quarter on a couple 2 yard plays one to Jerin Sargent and the other to Connor Anderson for the 14-0 lead. In the second quarter, it would be more of the same as the Vikings would score three more times. This time scoring would be Dewey Snyder 2 yard run, Jerin Sargent 85 yard strike, and Flack on a three-yard run to have the 35-0 lead at halftime. When the teams came back for the second the Vikings would step off the gas and coast through the second half getting just one more score to secure the 41-0 victory. In the winning effort, the Vikings finish the regular season at 6-1 while the Patriots go to 1-6. Gallery.

Girls Soccer action as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Beekmantown Eagles. The Eagles would opeming up the scoring in the 25th minute on Alyssa Waters goal. Then in the 36th minutes the Eagles would strike again on Danielle Dyke goal to extend the lead to 2-0 headed into the break. When the teams came back to play the Eagles would pick up where they left off as Alyssa Waters would strike again in the 51st minute to extend the lead to 3-0. The Eagles would get another to extend the lead to 4-0 on the Leah Casey goal in the 72nd minute. Then in the last minute of the game the Eagles would put it away on the Kirsten Villemaire goal to secure the 5-0 win. In the winning effort the Eagles would stay undefeated at 7-0.

Plattsburgh's Madeleine Woodward (19) and Beekmantown's Rylee Fessette (7) battle for ball control in the corner of the Hornets zone. It would be C.V.A.C. Girls Soccer action as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Beekmantown Eagles. The Eagles would opening up the scoring in the 25th minute on Alyssa Waters goal. Then in the 36th minutes the Eagles would strike again on Danielle Dyke goal to extend the lead to 2-0 heading into the break. When the teams came back to play the Eagles would pick up where they left off as Alyssa Waters would strike again in the 51st minute to extend the lead to 3-0. Beekmantown's Cris Arzola (23) goes up the middle carrying tackles for the first down and would get the eventual game-winning touchdown and in overtime. It would be week two of the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference and it would be the classic rival game between the host Peru Indians and the visiting Beekmantown Eagles. The Indians would streak first on the Keagen LaGrave (26) 6 yard run halfway through the first quarter for the 6-0 lead. The Indians would strike again when Keagan LaGrave would score on the pass play with 2 minutes left in the 2nd quarter to make it 13-0. The Eagles would strike right back on a 60 yard run by Cris Arzola to make it 13-7 after the 1st quarter. In the second quarter Eagles, Cris Arzola would tie the game on a 51-yard run at 5:12 of the quarter. Then in the final minute of the quarter the Eagles would take the lead on the touchdown pass to Evan Burnell for the 19-13 lead at halftime. When the teams would come back for the second half Austin Carpenter (3) would get the scoring started for the Indians on a touchdown pass at 4:24 of the third to make it 20-19. In the final minute of the quarter, Austin Carpenter would strike again to make it 27-19 after the third quarter. The Eagles would strike back and tie the game at 27 just under two minutes into the fourth quarter with Evan Burnell's second score to tie the game at 27. Then about half way through the fourth the Eagles would take the 33-27 on Cris Arzola's third score of the game. Then with just under two minutes left in the game, the Indians would tie the game at 33 and send it to overtime. In the overtime period, the Indians would get the play first and score on Ryan Connell quarterback sneak to make it 40-33. The Eagles would get a chance to match them and force and force another overtime. With that Eagles possession, Cris Arzola would score although the Eagles would go for two and succeed and get the 41-40 victory. In the winning effort, the Beekmantown Eagles go to 1-1 as the head back on the road against Moriah Vikings. With the lose the Peru Indians fall to 0-2 on the season as they will host the 0-2 Saranac Lake Red Storm.Gallery.

#8 Beekmantown Eagles Vs #4 Glens Falls Indians March 11th 201

The Beekmantown Eagles pose for there team photo as they are crowned the 2017 Northern Regional Champions. The #8 Beekmantown Eagles would meet up with the Glens Falls Indians in the Quarterfinals of the New York State Tournament. The Eagles jump out to a big lead at 22-5 after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Indians would start to come back winning the quarter 13-10 although the Eagles would have the 32-18 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third quarter the Eagles wouldn't let up and win the quarter 15-11 and have a 47-29 lead. In the fourth quarter, the Indians would do there best to try and comeback winning the quarter 27-19 although it wouldn't be enough as the Beekmantown Eagles hold on for 66-56 victory. In the winning effort, the Eagles go to 22-1 on the season and advance to final four and will face #1 Binghamton Seton Catholic. Gallery.

NYS Division II Quarterfinals Beekmentown Eagles Vs Salmon River Shamrocks March 4th 2017

The Beekmentown Eagles would meet up with the Salmon River Shamrocks in the NYS Division II Quarterfinals with the winner going to the final four. The game would remain scoreless until the 5:22 mark of the second period when Josh McCaulley would score for the Eagles to make it 1-0. The Shamrocks would tie the game up at 1 at the 11:35 mark of the second period. That is where the game would stay until the 2:22 mark of double when Beekmantown's Cade Collins would score the game winner off the face off for the 2-1 victory. In the winning effort Cole Harvey would save 24 as the Eagles go to the final four to face St Lawerence. Gallery
