When the teams returned for the second half, the scoring would stay there as the Hawks would stretch their lead to double digits through most of the half, but the Cougars would battle back late in the half to make it a game as they would get within five, but the Hawks would win the half 35-32 as the Hawks get the 68-60 victory.
