The Cardinals would get the match's opening goal in the tenth minute as Kelly Licata would score for her third goal of the season and the 1-0 lead. The Cardinals and Kelly Licata would strike again in the 25th minute as they would take the 2-0 lead. The Cardinals would stay hot and extend the lead to 3-0 in the 32nd second minute when Allison Brown would score her third of the season and give them the 3-0 lead, and that's how the half would end. In the second half, both teams would have their chances but could not find the back of the net as the Cardinals would get the 3-0 win and improve their record to 4-11-1 on the season as they head into their final game Saturday against Canton.
