Chazy's Hadley Lucas (15) makes contact with Seton Catholic's Allisyn Johnston (23) as she cuts the corner towards the basket. It would be a Mountain Valley Athletic Conference tilt from Seton Catholic as they would host Chazy Eagles in girl's basketball. It would be a low-scoring game to get going as the Knights would have an 8-2 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Knights would start to find their stride as they would have a 12-2 quarter and expand their lead to 20-4 at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third quarter the Knights would stay hot with a 13-2 quarter and have a 33-6 lead as they headed to the fourth. In the fourth quarter, the Knights would back it down with the game outcome already determined with a 4-2 quarter and secure the 37-8 win. In the winning effort, Madyson Whalen would lead the way with ten points as the Knights go to 3-4 on the season while the Eagles fall to 2-6. Gallery
