Malone's Morgan Fountain (3) tags out the Ogdensburg base runner on the back end of the double play. The Malone Huskies would defeat the Ogdensburg Blue Devils 7-0. The Huskies would get on the broad in the second to take the 1-0 lead. The bats would come alive in the third though getting four runs. Then they would add single runs in the fourth and fifth to secure the 7-0 win. In the win, Annie Sharlow would go the distance allowing only three hits and striking out seven.
