Malone's Trevor Cooley (12) comes in the break and fires it over Salmon River's Adian Comins (55) for the goal. The Malone Huskies would host the Salmon River Shamrock in the rivalry game of section X at the Malone Civic Center. The Shamrocks would break the ice and get the opening goal from Tye Terrance at 2:12 mark for the early lead. The Huskies would answer back at the 6:03 mark of first to tie the game at one Trevor Cooley's goal. That is where the game would stay all the way until 4:40 mark of the third when the Shamrocks would take the 2-1 lead on Sean David's goal. The Shamrocks would extend the lead to 3-1 on Sean David's second goal of the night. Then to finish it off for good measure Salmon River's Chad George would score with under three minutes left to secure the 4-1 win.
