#4 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs #12 Potsdam State Bears

The Cardinals get the quick 1-0 leas as Nick Belger would score on the power play at 4:04 of the first. The Cardinals would extend it to 2-0 on Cole Stalard's power play goal at 6:05. The in the last minute of the period the Cardinals would strike twice in seven seconds with goals from Dillan Fox and Kevin Emmerling to take a 4-0 lead after one. When the teams came out for the second period the Cardinals would score again at the 4:17 mark to make it 5-0 on Cole Stallard's second goal of the night. Then just over a minute later the Bears would finally get on the board to make it 5-1 and thats where the game would stay til the third period. In the third period the Cardinals would get two more goal to put the icing on the cake from Cole Stallard's (hat trick goal) and Ayrton Valente to secure the 7-1 victory. #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs #6 Brockport State Golden Eagles

It would be the semi-finals of the SUNYAC Hockey Tournamrnt and it would feature the #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinald and the #6 Brockport State Golden Eagles for the right to go to the finals. It would be a game that would turn into a goal-fest. As the Cardinals would have a 4-1 lead after the first period on goals from Connor Toomey (twice) along with Dillan Fox and Mark Constatine getting the goal for the Eagles would be Bobby Chayaka. The second period would belong to the Eagles as they would get they would get three goals from Bobby Chayaka (twice) and Troy Polino to tie the game at four. In the final period the Cardinals would out score the Eagles 3-1 with goals from Mark Constatine, Connor Gorman and Michael Cassidy and getting the lone goal for the Eagles would be Chris Luker as the Cardinals get the 7-5 victory. #3 Plattsburgh Hornets Vs #6 Northeastern Clinton Cougars

Northeastern Clinton's (10) battles hard with the Hornets face off man for the in zone face off win. It would be the #3 Plattsburgh Hornets hosting the #6 Northeastern Clinton Cougars in Section VII Division II Quarterfinals. The game would remain scoreless until the last minute of the first period when Plattsburgh's when Kurtis Olsen would light the lamp to make it 1-0. Then in the second period the Hornets would add another two more goals to make it a 3-0 game after the second period. Then just 2:30 into the third the Cougars would look to make it a game as Dayton Roberts would score to make it 3-1. Although the Hornets would answer right back with four of there own to make it 7-1 Hornets lead. The Cougars would get another one late but it wouldn't be enough as the Hornets get the 7-2 win. The game would stay there ril the 10:52 mark of the second period when Andrew Becherd would get his second of the night. Then just 15 seconds later the Cougars would get on the board to make it 2-1 on the Dayton Roberts goal. The game would stay there til 9:14 of the third when Kurtis Olsen would make it 3-1 Hornets. It would be the #8 Plattsburgh State Cardinals hosting the Brockport State Eagles on Throwback Jersey night in SUNYAC play. The Cardinals would answer with the first goal of the night at the 10:30 mark on Connorr Gorman's goal. The Cardinals would extend the lead to 2-0 on Connor Gorman's second goal of the night at 13:56. Then at the 15:34 mark of James Ryan would score on the power play for the Eagles to make it 2-1. Then at the 17:11 mark of the period the Cardinals would go back up by 2 as Connor Gorman would finish off the natural hat trick and make it 3-1. It would be #9 Plattsburgh State Cardinals hosting north country rival Potsdam State as SUNYAC play would resume. The Bears would get the game started with the 1-0 lead at 11 minutes of the first period on Zack Blakes goal. Although the lead would be short lived as the Cardinals would tie it up 42 seconds later on Connor Gorman's goal. The game would stay there til 4:14 of the second period when Anthony Calabrese would score to make it 2-1 Cardinals. Although the Bears would not give up and battle back to tie it up at 2 on Jake Rivera's goal. Then with just under two minutes remaining Pattsburgh's Connor Gorman would score for the second time to make it 3-2 Cardinals. Then in the third period Cardinals Alex Brenton would score at 3:08 to make it 4-2 Cardinals. Then in the 13 minute mark of the period Alex Brenton would score again to make it 5-2. Then in the final minute of the game Connor Toomey would come on the breakaway and score on the backhand to secure the 6-2 victory. The #3 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would meet up with #13 Williams Ephs in a non conference battle between top 15 teams at the Feild House. The Ephs would take the quick 1-0 lead on Craig Kitto's goal just 1:17 into the first period. Then the Ephs would extend the lead to 2-0 Dan Donherty's goal at 9:23 of the first period. Then at the 12:38 mark of the first period Craig Kitto would get his second of the night to make it 3-0 Ephs after the first period. Then at the 3:42 mark of the second period the Ephs would pick up where they left off and Craig Kitto would finish off the hat trick to make 4-0 Ephs. Then at the 7:11 mark of the second period David Itlianio would make it 5-0 Ephs. Then finally at 14:32 mark of the second period the Cardinals would get on the board with Patrick Hermans to make it 5-1 Ephs. Although before the period ended the Ephs would regain the five goal lead at 6-1 on Greg Johnson's goal. In the final period the Cardinals would try to make a game of it as Patrick Hermans would score twice to make it 6-3 and finish of the hat trick. It would be a game that Beekmantown would be in control from the drop off the puck. The Eagles would get the opening goal of the night from Ryan Waterbury at 6:52 of the first to make it 1-0. Then just over a minute later they would extend the lead to 2-0 on Chris Wawrzynski goal. Then at 10:31 mark of the first the Eagles would extend the lead to 3-0 on Josh McCauley's goal. Then with a couple minutes left in the period the Cadets would get on the board with a goal by Logan DiScanio to make it 3-1 Eagles after one. In the second period Beekmantown's Josh Barriere would score twice about two minutes apart to make it 5-1 after two periods. Then in the third period the Eagles would contuine there offfensive onslaught Kyle Constanty would score at 2:28 to make it 6-1 Eagles. Then just 15 seconds later the Cadets Zach Watkins would score to make it 6-2. Then just over three minutes later Eagles Kyle Constanty would score his second of the night to make it 7-2. Then at the 8:32 mark of the third Kyle Constanty would finish off the hat trick to make it 8-2. Then at the 9 minute mark Mike Parent would get in on act and make it 9-2. The Cadets would add a late one from Sam Brendesse to make it 9-3. Although it would not be enough as the Eagles would get the 9-3 victory. A couple of Plattsburgh State Cardinal scramble for the lose puck in front of the net. It would be the finals of the Buck Supply/WB Mason Cardinal Classic. It would be a battle of top 15 teams as the #7 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #15 Amherst Jeffersons. There would be no scoring throughout the game and overtime so the game went in the record books at 0-0 tie. Although because of the tournament there was shootout to determine the winner and the Jeffersons would get the 1-0 win. In losing effort Cardinal's Spencer Finney would be credited with the shutout stopping 31 shots as the Cardinals go to 10-2-1 on the season. Gallery
