#1 Lake Placid Blue Bombers Vs #2 Beekmantown Eagles

The Beekmantown squad pose for there team photo with the throphy as they are crowned the 2014 Section VII Champions for the second straight year. The #1 Lake Placid Blue Bombers would lock horns with the #2 Beekmantown Eagles with the Section VII title on the line. The Blue Bombers would get the first goal of the game at the 13:21 mark of the first on Chris Williams goal to make it 1-0 Blue Bombers. The game would stay there til 8:17 of the second period when Connor Preston would score for the Blue Bombers and make it a 2-0 lead. The Eagles would get on the board at the 12:27 mark of the second on Nathan Fosters goal to cut the defect to 2-1. The game would stay there till the 2:51 mark of the third when Nathan Foster would have his second of the game to tie the game at 2. Beekmantown's Matt LaClair would give the Eagles the 3-2 lead with the wrister from the left face off circle at 10:35. The Eagles would extend the lead to 4-2 on Josh Barrierre wrister through the screen. Then just 25 seconds later Nathan Foster would finish off the hat trick and secure the 5-2 victory. In the winning effort Dustin Plumadore would stop 20 on the night as the Eagles advance to New York State Tournament and take on Pelham. Gallery

Adirondack J's Vs Phootball Phantics

Adironack J's Criag Livsey (4) with the leaping catch in the endzone for the interception to save the touchdown. The Adirondack J's would face off with the Phootball Phanatics during week three of the indoor flag football season. The Adirondack J's would not wast time taking control of the game as they would have a 38-7 lead at the half. In the second it would be of the same as they would outscore them 51-17 and secure the 89-24 victory. With the win the Adirondack J's go to 2-0 while the Phootball Phantincs drop to 1-2 on the season. Gallery

#4 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs #12 Oswego State Lakers

Plattsburgh's Michael Radisa (28) comes in on the breakaway avoids the poke check and puts it to the top shelf for one of his two goals on the night. Well the end of the regular season would come to a close with to bitter rivals locking horns. As the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Oswego State Lakers. The game would remain scoreless until just 26 seconds into the second period when Michael Radisa would make it 1-0 Cardinals. The Lakers woulud come back and tie the game up at Michael Montagna goal at 4:45 to make it 1-1. Then just under a minute later the Lakers would take the 2-1 lead on Andrew Barton's power play goal. The Cardinals would tie the game back up just two minutes later on Michael Radisa second goal of the night at 2-2. Then just about a minute late Alex Brenton would give the Cardinals the 3-2 lead. The Lakers would keep fighting and get the equalizer at 12:27 on Alex Botten's goal to make it 3-3. That is where the game would stay all the way til the 17:23 mark of third when Oswego Brandon Adams would light the lamp for the eventually game winner to give the Lakers the 4-3 win. In the losing effort Mathieu Cardieux would make 16 saves as the Cardinals finish the regular season at 19-3-2 and head into the SUMYAC playoffs as the number #2 seed. Gallery

#4 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs Cortland State Red Dragons

Plattsburgh State's Alex Brenton (19) flips the puck over the shoulder of the goalie for his first of two goals on the night. The #4 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Cortland State Red Dragons in SUNYAC play. The Cardinals would take the quick 1-0 lead on Kevin Emerling's goal just 49 seconds into the game. The Cardinals would come right back and score again just 50 seconds later to make it 2-0 on Alex Jensen's goal. The Cardinals would contuine to strike as they would make it 3-0 just 90 seconds later on Kevin Emerling's second of the night. The Red Dragon's would get into the act at 6:58 of the first on Nick Zappia's goal to make it 3-1. In the second period the Cardinals would put the game out of reach as they would light the lamp four times to make it 7-1. Getting the goals for the Cardinals would be Ryan Franan, Alex Brenton, Kevin Emerling (third of the night) and Michael Cassidy. In the third period just to put the icing on cake they would add four more goal to secure the 11-1 win. Getting the goals in the third would be Luke Baleshta, Kyle Hall, Alex Jensen (2nd of the night), and Alex Brenton (2nd of the night). In the winning effort Mathieu Cardieux and Sam Foley would combine to stop 20 shots as the Cardinals go to 19-3-2 on the season. Gallery

#2 Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs #3 Hermon-Dekalb Green Demons

Chateaugay's Hannah Cook (11) and a Hermon-Dekalb player battle for the loose ball in the corner. The #2 Chateaugay Bulldogs would play the #3 Hermon-Dekalb Green Demons in Setion X Class D Semis at SUNY Canton. The teams would play a tight first quarter and be tied at 13. In the second quarter they would stay that way with a 9-9 quarter and be tied at 22 at halftime. When the teams came back for the third quarter the Green Demons would flex there muscle and win the quarter 13-7 to take a 35-29 lead into the fourth. In the fourth the Bulldogs would do there best to try and make a come back but would come up short and would fall 41-36. In the losing effort Hannah Cook would lead the way with 11 points as the Bulldogs season comes to an end at 16-4. Gallery

#4 Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs #13 Clifton-Fine Eagles

Chateaugay's Zack Seymour (22) battles on the court for the loose ball in the elbow. The #4 Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the #13 Clifton-Fine Eagles in the First Round of the Section X Class D Tournament. The Bulldogs would step on the gas early and not look back with a 34-9 lead after one. In the second quarter they would start to let up and win the quarter 10-8 to take a 44-17 lead at the break. The Eagles would actual win the third quarter 11-8 but the Bulldogs still had a 52-28 lead. Then in the last quarter the Bulldogs would put on the final touches with a 10-7 quarter for the 62-35 win. With the win Seth Young would lead the way with 10 points as the Bulldogs advance to the Quarterfinals against Edwards-Knox as they go to 13-6 on the season. Gallery

The Malone Huskies would be the underdog as they would host the #13 Norwood-Norfolk Icemen on Senoir Night in Section X Division II action. The Icemen would get the opening goal at 5:46 of first on Kaden Pickering's goal. Then at the 10:28 mark of the first the Icemen would make it 2-0 on Jeff Mott goal. Then just over a minute later the Huskies would cut the lead in half at 2-1 on Jake Schraf's goal. Then just 1:47 into the second the Huskies would tie the game at two on Tucker Bartenslager's goal. Then starting at 9:49 the Icemen would get three goals in two minutes to make it a 5-2 game on goals from Zeb Brown, Kaden Pickering (second of night), and Coby Munson. Then just 1:47 into the third Bailey Conklin would score to make it 5-3 game. Then just over three minutes later Bailey Conklin would score again to make it a one goal game at 5-4. Then at 6:04 Kaden Pickering would strike again and complete the hat trick and make it a 6-4 game. Then with just over a minute left the Icemen would get a empty netter from Zeb Brown (second of the night) for the 7-4 Icemen win. In the losing effort the Huskies goaltenders would combine for 25 saves as the Huskies fall to 6-13-1 on the season. The Huskies now move on to the sectional playoffs where they will host the Alexander Bay/Thousand Island Islanders. Gallery

#6 Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs Fredonia State Blue Devils

Plattsburgh's Patrick Hermans (5) and Fredonia's Ryan Edens (18) both go airborne as they collide after going for the puck by the goal. The #6 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Fredonia State Blue Devils in SUNYAC play at the Ronald Stafford Ice Arena. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead on Dillan Fox at 5:50 of the first period. The game would remain there until the 11:24 mark of the second period when Dakoda Mason would tap it in on the doorstep to make it 2-0 Cardinals. Then just over three minutes later the Cardinals would go up 3-0 on Alex Jensen's goal. Then just 2:53 into the third period the Cardinals would go up 4-0 on Alex Brenton's goal. The Blue Devils would be able to avoid the shutout though when Zach White would score at 8:17 to make it 4-1 victory for the Cardinals. In the winning effort Mathieu Cardieux would stop 20 of 21 as the Cardinals go to 17-3-2 on the season. Gallery

The Malone Huskies would host the St. Lawrence Larries in Section X Division II action. The St. Lawrence Larries would take the 1-0 lead at the 12:21 mark of the first period on Drew Rose's goal to give the Larries the 1-0 lead. The game would stay there until 9:48 of the second when Larries Luckas Arrquiett's goal to make it 2-0. Then just over three minutes later the Larries would make it 3-0 on Nick Kowalchuk's goal. Then at 2:42 mark of the third period Jake Henning would get the Huskies on the board at 3-1. Then 6:24 of the period Drew Rose would score his second of the night to secure the Larries 4-1 win. Chateaugay Tyler Jones (15) slices through the defense down the lane and gets fouled on the way in. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in Section X East Division this would also be Senior Night as the Bulldogs would play there last home game of the season. The Bulldogs would jump out to the quick 16-9 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter the Bulldogs would keep there foot down and win the quarter 16-10 and take the 32-19 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third the Lumberjacks would do there best to keep it close and win the quarter 13-12 although the Bulldogs would still lead 44-32. In the fourth quarter the teams would tie at 20 although that would be good enough for the Bulldogs to get the 64-52 win. In the winning effort Tyler Jones would lead the way with 22 points as the Bulldogs go to 11-6 on the season. Gallery

The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would jump out to the early lead at 10-4 after the first quarter. In the second quarter the Bulldogs would extend there lead with a 12-3 quarter and take the 22-7 lead at the break. The third quarter would be real low scoring at 3-2 Bulldogs as they now have the 25-9 lead. The Bulldogs would wake back up in the fourth with a 18-4 quarter and secure 43-13 win. With the win the Bulldogs go to 14-3 on the season as Caitlin Miller and Abby Barnes would lead the way with 10 points. Gallery

Beekmantown's Kyle Constanty (44) puts the puck in on the short side for one of his two goals on the night. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would match up with #10 Beekmantown Eagles in Section VII action at the Plattsburgh State Field House. The Cougars would show no fear as they would get the opening goal from Jordan Lemere at 2:58 of the first. The Eagles would come back and tie the game up at the 8:18 mark of the first on Kyle Constanty first of the night. Then with under two minutes left in the first Cougars Dayton Roberts would give his team the 2-1 lead headed into intermission. The Eagles would tie the game up at two on Nathan Fosters goal at 4:38. The Eagles would take the first lead of the game at 7:39 on Brendan Davison's goal to make it 3-2. The Eagles would extend the lead to 4-2 at 11:09 on Brandon Buksa first goal of the night. Then in final seconds of the second period Brandon Buksa would score his second of the night for the 5-2 Eagles lead. Then just 1:20 into the third period the Eagles would make it 6-2 on Kyle Constanty second goal of the night. Then just 12 seconds later Ryan Waterbury would make it 7-2. Then the Eagles Nathan Foster would get his second of the game at 2:40 to finish of the scoring and secure the Eagles 8-2 win. When the teams came back for the third the teams would trade baskets Bulldogs win quarter 11-9 and have a 39-22 lead. The Bulldogs would seal the deal with a 11-4 quarter and get the 50-26 win.
