The game would be in control of the Pioneers from the start as they would have 22-2 lead at the break. In the second half it would be more of the same as they would win the second half 24-6. In doing so it would give the 46-8 victory. With the winning effort the Plattsburgh Pioneers would go to 3-3 while the Titsburgh Feelers would fall to 1-5 on the season. Gallery

This would be a tightly contested game throughout with the Mod Squad having the 20-18 lead at the break. In the second half the tides would turn in the Midshipmen's favor and win the half 18-12. With the Midshipmen coming from behind they would get the 38-36 victory. In the winning effort the Midshipmen go to 3-2 while the Mod Squad falls to 1-4 on the season. Gallery

It a game that would tight throughout with neither team seeing a more then ten point lead. The Saranac Chiefs would have a 29-21 lead at the break thanks to a late half run. In the second half the teams would play to a draw at 34 a piece that would end up giving the Saranac Chiefs the 63-55 victory. It would be defensive first half with the Huskies having the low scoring 23-20 lead at the break. In the second half the Peru offense would come alive and be to much the Huskies to deal with as the Indians win the half 37-23. With the half going to the Indians by such a big margin they would get the come from behind win 57-46. In the losing effort for the Huskies Connor Gallager would lead the team with 12 points. Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs Colton-Peirpont Colts

Chateaugay's Brianna Cook (10) with the backwards flip to win the opening tip over the Colton-Peirpont jumper at the start. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would meet with the Colton-Peirpont Colts in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would get off to quick start and take the 16-5 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter the teams would trade basket and tie at 12 although they would have 28-17 lead at the break. When the teams returned for the third quarter it would be a defense quarter with the Bulldogs winning it 9-5 to take a 37-22 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Bulldogs would win the quarter 11-3 and get the 48-25 victory. Leading the way for the Bulldogs would be Brianna Cook with 17 points as the Bulldogs go to 3-1 on the season. In the first quarter it would be a feeling out period for both teams as the Bulldogs would have a slim 7-2 lead. In the second quarter the Bulldog offense would come alive and take control of the game as they win the quarter 21-9 and take a 28-11 lead into the half. When the teams return for the third qurter it would be a tighter quarter as the Bulldogs would win the quarter 13-9 and have a 41-20 lead. In the fourth quarter it would be tight again but the Bulldogs would win the quarter 16-14 and get the 57-34 victory. It would be a tight game throughout with great defenses on both sides and a low scoring game. The Lambo's would have the slim 14-12 lead at the break. In the second half it would be more of the same and CR Tunes and Photography would win the half 16-15. Although it would not be enough as Lambo's would hold on for the 29-28 victory. Northeastern Clinton Cougars Vs Pelham Pelicans

Northeastern Clinton's Alex Gonyo (10) with the hard check into the corner boards as they battle for the puck. It would be the second game of the Beekmantown Hockey Tournament and it would pit the Northeastern Clinton Cougars and the Pelham Pelicans. The Pelicans would waste littletime showing why they were in the final four a year ago as they would score six goals in the first period coming from Nat Heintz, Gibson Smith (twice), Nick Davidow (twice), Stefan Miklakos. The Cougars would score in the final two minutes of the period to make it 6-1 on Devyn Sample's goal. In the second period the teams would trade goals to make it 7-2 after two period. Scoring would be Dayton Roberts for the Cougars and Ben Hurd for the Pelicans. In the third period the Pelicans would add three for insurance as they would cruise to the 10-2 victory. It would be a section VII clash at the Field House between the Northeastern Clinton Cougars and the Beekmentown Eagles. The Eagles would draw first blood on the goal by Josh Barriere at 4:25 of the first. The game would stay there all the way till the 7:25 mark of the second period when the Eagles would score two short handed goals in six seconds from Josh Barriere and Ryan Waterbury to make it 3-0 lead. Then at 11:35 of the period Josh Barriere would score to finish of the Hat Trick and make it 4-0. Then at the 12:32 mark the Eagles would extend the lead to 5-0 on Josh McCauley's goal. Then game would stay there till the 6:43 mark when the Cougars would answer with two goals in seconds to make it 5-2 on Alex Gonyo and Dayton Roberts goals. Then thirty seconds later the Eagles would answer back with two goals in fourteen seconds from Ryan Waterbury to finish of the hat trick. Then at the 11:13 mark the Eagles would put the icing on cake with Nathan Trombley's first career goal in securing the 8-2 win. The game would start of close tied at 6 early from there Super Nova would be in control and have a 35-6 lead by the break. In the second half the defenses would be better but the Pioneers had no answer and Super Nova would win the half 13-6 and secure the 48-12 victory. In the second half it would be more of the same as CR Tunes would win the half 18-14 thanks to a last minute touchdown by Jasmine Barnard for the 38-32 victory. The Icemen would waste little time in a taking the 1-0 lead at the three minute mark of the first period from Colby Munson. The game would stay there til 12:23 of the period when Brandon Palmer would make it 2-0 Icemen. Then in the final minute of the first period Johan Eksing would score for the Huskies on the power play to make it 2-1. The Icemen would regain the two goal lead at 3-1 2:30 into the second period on Zeb Brown's goal. The Icemen would extend the lead to 4-1 at 8:40 on Shane Cryderman's goal. The Icemen would continue at the 13:17 mark and make it 5-1 on Austin Cousineau's goal. In the third period it would be more of the same as the Icemen would score at 2:11 Coby Munson's second goal of the night to make it 6-1. Then at 5:30 of the period the Icemen would make it 7-1 on Tristen Harvey's goal. Then at 10:29 the Huskies would finally light the lamp again on Bailey Conklin's power play goal to make it 7-2. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead at 6:59 of the first period on Rich Botting's goal. Then about 90 seconds later the Cardinals would extend the lead to 2-0 on Connor Toomey's goal. Then to close out the period at the 16:59 mark the Cardinals would make it 3-0 on Michael Cassidy's goal. Then just seven seconds into the second period the Cardinals would make it 4-0 on Kyle Hall's shorthanded goal. Then at the 2:19 mark of the second period Patrick Hermans would make it 5-0. The game would stay there till the 1:38 mark of the third period when Luke Baleshta would make it 6-0. The Red Dragons would have the slim 41-37 lead in after the first. In the second half the Cardinals would make up the difference winning the half 47-43 to force overtime tied at 84. In the overtime the Red Dragons would hit a 2 pointer with 2.4 seconds left to win it 94-92. The game would remain there till the 2:18 mark of of second period when the Lakers would extend there lead to 2-0 on Chris Raguseo goal. Then the Cardinals would get on the board at 12:21 mark of the third period on Mark Constantine's goal to make it 2-1 to make it a game down the stretch. Then with under 5 minutes left in the game Lakers' Bobby Gretsakis would score on the power play to put the game away for the Lakers at 3-1. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel out of Section X to take on Section 7 foe the Northern Adirondack Bobcats. It would be a defensive battle throughout and low scoring. In a low scoring first quarter the Bulldogs would take the slim 8-6 lead. In the second quarter the Bobcats would be in complete control and win the quarter 20-5 and take the 26-13 lead into the intermission. In the third quarter it would be very low scoring and the Bulldogs would win the quarter 4-2 and the Bobcats would still have the 28-17 lead. In the fourth quarter the Bulldogs would do there best to make a game of by winning 12-8. Although it wouldn't be enough as the Bobcats would get the 36-29 win. The game would stay there till the 6 minute mark of the second period when Hornet's Devin Clarke would score to make it 1-1. The Huskies would regain the lead at 2-1 on Evan Keegan's goal at 12:59 of the second period. Then at 2:57 of the third period Huskies Kyler Head would make it 3-1 with a shorthanded goal. Then at the 8:42 mark of the third the Hornet's would do there best to get back in the game with a power play goal by Andrew Bechard to make it 3-2. The Honeybadgers would bring there A game tonight and the Pioneers would be on there heel from the start. The Honeybadgers would win the first half going away 35-7. In the second half the Pioneers would do there best to make it a game but the Honeybadgers just had to much today winning the half 34-16 and getting the game 69-23. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead with 4:12 left in the first period on Caitlin Gilligains goal. Then at the 10:23 mark of the second period the Eagles would tie the game up at one on Johanna Eidensten's goal. Then just 12 seconds into the third period Shannon Stewart would score on the poweplay to make it 2-1 Cardinals. Then just over three minutes the Cardinals would extend the lead to 3-1 on Melissa Sheeran's goal. Then another three minutes later Cardinal's Mia Favretto would score to make it 4-1. In the semi-finals of the Cardinal/Panthers classic we would have a battle of two of the top four teams in the nation as #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #4 Gustuvas Adolphus Yellow Jackets. The Cardinals would get the lone goal of the first period just a 1:28 in on Melissa Sheeran's goal to make it 1-0 after the 1st period. Then at the 5:53 mark of the second period the Carddinals would make it 2-0 Mia Favretto's goal. The Yellow Jackets would come back and make it 2-1 at the 10:33 mark of the second period. Then at the 17:32 mark of the second period the Cardinals would regain the two goal lead on Bridget Bailsey's goal to make it 3-1. Then at the 9:03 mark of the third period the Cardinals would extend there lead to 4-1 the Andreas Zeissman goal. However the Yellow Jackets would come charging back getting three goals in a 4 minute span to send the game to overtime tied at four. In the overtime there would be no scoring so the game would offically go down as a tie but seeing that it was a tournament they went to shootout and the Cardinals would win it in the 4th round to head to the Championship and go to 7-0-2 on the season. Then in span of 1:30 in the third period Michael Cassidy would score twice including a shorthanded goal to give the Cardinals the 4-2 lead. It would was looking like it was going to be a scoreless first until the Mustangs took 1-0 lead with 1:02 left in the period on the Zach Baker goal. When the teams came back for the second period the Cardinals would waste no time in tying the game up on Mark Constantines goal 20 seconds into the period. Then at the 7:23 mark of the of the period the Cardinals would take the 2-1 leaad on the Michael Radisa goal. Then at the 16:52 mark of the period the Mustangs would answer back on the Robert Molinaro goal to make it 2-2. Then just 15 seconds later the Cardinals would regain the lead at 3-2 on the Rich Botting goal. The game would stay there til the 8:43 mark of the third period when Zach Popp would score to make it 4-2. Then at the 14:30 mark of the third Joe Santino would score for the Mustangs to try and make it interesting down the stretch at 4-3. Although in the closing minute of the game Brandon O'Quinn would score the empty netter to secure the 5-3 victory. The Cadinals would waste no time putting there mark on the game scoring four times in the first for the 4-0 lead. Getting the goals in the first period would be Giovania Sense, Melissa Ames, Bridget Baisley, and Katylin Turk. In the second period it would be more of the same the Cardinals would light the lamp five times for the 9-0 lead. Getting goals in the second period would be Kayla Meneghin, Mia Favretto, Oliva Fox, Shannon Stewart, Kayla Meneighan (second of the night), and Giovanna Sense (second of the night). Then in theird period the Cardinals would win it 2-1 to secure the 11-1 victory. In the third period the teams would trade goals to secure the 11-1 victory. Saranac's Hunter Church (33) stretches out for the touchdown to get the Chiefs on the board. The Saranac Chiefs would host the Plattsburgh Hornets in the first ever Saranac River Bowl. The Hornets would take the 6-0 lead on a rushing touchdown in the first quarter. The score would stay there til the third quarter when the Hornets would get a second rushing touchdown to make it 12-0. Then later in the third quarter the Chiefs would get on the board on a Hunter Church touchdown to make it 12-6. Then with about four minutes left in the game Caiden Goodman would catch a tipped ball in the end zone and tie the game up at 12. Then after a very short punt by the Hornets the Chiefs would get the ball back and George Miller would take it up the middle for the winning touchdown with under a minute for the 20-12 victory. The Saranac Chiefs would travel down to Clintonville and take on the AU Sable Valley Patriots in week 5 of the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference football season. The Saranac Chiefs would take the 7-0 at 7:07 of the first quarter on Dylan Clay's block punt recovered in the endzone for the touchdown. Then just about two minutes later the Chiefs would extend the lead to 14-0 on Zack Martin's 4 yard run. Then three minutes into the second quarter Zack Martin would score again 1 yard out and take the 22-0 lead headed into the half. Then in the third quarter Caiden Goodman would score on the 15 yard reception to make it 29-0 at 9:03 of third. Then in the closing seconds of the third Hunter Church would score from three yards out to make it 36-0. Then in the opening minute of the fourth quarter Skinadar would put the Patriots on the board with the 6 yard touchdown reception to make it 36-7. Then with under 6 minutes left in the game Hunter Church would get his second touchdown of the night on a 14 yard run to make it 43-7. From there on the Chiefs would hold on for the 43-7 victory. In the winning effort Zack Martin would run for 123 yards and 2 scores as the Chiefs get there first win of the season and go to 1-4 on the season while the Patriots falls to 1-4 on the season. In the first half, Lizzie Stephens(15) - Westport - would score at 7:13 assisted by Chloe Mitchell(5) giving the Lady Eagles a 1-0 lead. Later on in the first, Taylor Gough(13) - Westport - would score at 27:15; the goal was unassisted giving the Lady Eagles 2-0 advantage. In the second half, Ellie Schwoebel(11) - Westport - scored at 49:19; the goal was also unassisted giving the Lady Eagles the 3-0 win. The game would start off good for the North Stars as Jake Pereve (4) would run back the opening kick 88 yards for the 7-0 lead. The game would stay there til the second quarter when the Red Black would tie the game up at seven. Then in the third quarter the Red Black would score to make it 14-7 Red Black. Then early in the fourth the Red Black would make it 21-7 and would think the game was in hand then here would come the North Stars. The North Stars would make it 21-14 on a Harry Racoe score with 8 minutes left. Then with under two minutes the Red Black would have to punt and the North Stars would charge down the field and Brett Boyer would score with 33 seconds left to tie the game at 21 and send it to overtime. In the overtime frame Harry Rascoe would find Jamil McCray in back of the end zone for the winning score for the 27-21. Also as a special attraction there would be Spectator Races and a Endro Race. As for the main races on the card Pete Blaney would win the Mini-Modifieds, Josh Terry would get a very emotional Renegade victory, Nick Heywood would win the Sportsman Modified and Leon Gonyo wins the 358 Modifieds. There would lots tight racing throughout the night and few wrecks with the biggest one being Jessey Mueller meeting the turn one wall rather rudely. All the feature races would see the second place chasing down the leader and coming up just short on getting the victory. Then would come the game changer what was thought nothing major at the time a two strike one out missed check swing that was missed gave the Cardinals new life and would score four runs after that miss call and would end up giving them a 5-3 victory. The Plattsburgh North Stars would meet up with the Gloove City Colonials for week 6 of the Empire Football League season. The North Stars would jump out to a quick 14-0 lead in the 1st quarters on a touchdown by Harry Rascoe and interception by Brandon St John. In the second quarter they would score twice more on a punt return by Jim Carlson and and a running touchdown by Elija Parks for the 26-0 lead at the break. In the second half it would be more of the same as they would get a pair of touchdowns to secure the 39-0 victory. With the win the North Stars go to 5-1 on the season. It would be a new wrinkle at the Franklin County Fair as they would have truck demolition derby, rollover contest, and figure 8 races. It would be another packed house to see all the racing and smashing. There would be around 30 trucks, 6 rollover cars and 8 figure 8 cars. The big winners on the day would be Jamie St. Mary in the Figure 8 Races, Jacob St. Mary in the rollover contest. The Adirondack Truck & Tractor Pullers would bring there show north of the boarder for the second straight year to the fair in Huntingdon, Quebec. There would be 13 classes on the day in the Street Legal Trucks, Stock Tractors, Altered Stock Tractors and Pro Stock 4x4 Trucks divisions. There would be lots of very good pulls on the sticky clay track. On the other hand there would be some breakage on the night as street trucks would tear driveshafts all day long. Gallery

There would be four heats of compact cars one heat of Powder Puff and Full Size cars there would be around 75 cars on the night. There would be alot of hard hitting with extra room that was out on the track and two cars would end up on there roofs throughout the night. The big winners on the night would be Jamie St. Mary in the full size class and Travis Charleson in the Compact class and both would take home a 1,000 dollars for the win. Half way through the first quarter they would extend the lead to 14-0 on Tory Bouyea touchdown. In the second quarter the would get a pair of scores from Tory Bouyea and Brett Boyer for the 28-0 lead at the half. In the second half the North Stars would go into cruise mode and get one short touchdown from Elisa Parks and secure the 34-0 victory in the winning effort the North Stars would improve there record to 3-1 on the season. In the fourth the Store Tavern would have some issues and After Hours would score six runs and take a 7-1 lead and then add another in the fifth to make it 8-1. In the sixth the Store Tavern efforts would come up short getting just three runs. This would in turn give the After Hours Imaging the 8-4 win. There would end up being just over 100 hooks in 20 different classes in front a good crowd. The crowd would get treated to a good show with tractors from New York, Vermont and Quebec having some wild rides and some breakage which always gets the crowd invovled. Walter Cheney and his 2010 Nissan Titan wins the 5,800ln and takes 2nd in the 6,800lb Stock Trucks. The Adirondack Truck & Tracror Pullers would make there annual return to the Clinton County Fair in Plattsburgh, NY. There would be around 90 competitors on the night that were divided up between eight different classes ranging from Stock Trucks to Cheater Trucks. They would put on a great show in front of a packed house. The winners on the night would be Walter Cheney, Curtis Smith, Eric Labombard, and Dale Labombard in the stock class. It would be week 10 of racing at Airborne Park Speedway and it would be the ESPN 101.3 Twin 25's brought to by Whelen. The four divisions that would be racing on that night would be the 358 Modifieds, Late Models, Renegades and Mini Modifieds. The 358 Modified would have a good feature race with Jessey Mueller and Leon Gonyo battling it out for the top spot with the eventual win going to Jessey Mieller. The Late Models would have two features on the night as they were testing for the big International 200 next week with wins going to Bobby Therien and Brandon Atkins. In the renegades feature Brent Jarvis and Jim McKineen battling for the top for most of the race until they would slip up and Shawn Duquette would slide underneath for the win. Then in the mini-modified feature they would have trouble getting going with a few wrecks in the first 5 laps once they would settle down the eventual win going to CJ Lavair. The Peabody Padres would travel to South Acres Field in Plattsburgh and play the Meron's Expos in Week 7 of the Champlain Valley Baseball League. The Padres would jump out to a quick 3-0 lead in the first inning of game with a rbi single by Jeff Norton and a two run home run by Mark Eggleston. The Padres would extend it to 4-0 Shane Perrotte's RBI single. The Expos would cut the lead in half in the bottom of the second on a pair of RBI singles by Bruno and Woods to make it 4-2. The Padres would extend lead back to 6-2 on Mark Eggleston 2 run homer. The Expos answered back in the third with a two run homer by Mark Passino to make it 6-4. The Expos would tie it up in the fourth on RBI's by Roenback and Bourdeau. The Padres would regain the lead in the fifth on Mark Eggleston's third homer to make it 7-6. Then in the sixth the Padres would put the game away on Mike Rivers home run and secure the 8-6 win. Then it was time for game two of the day. In that second game the Padres would jump on the Expos quick and take 5-0 lead anchored by Chris Markwicka three run home run. Then in second they would add four more runs helped by Jeff Norton's and Mark Eggleston's back to back homers to make it 9-0. Then in the fourth inning the Expos would get on the board helped by Bruno's homer to make it 9-2. Then the Padres would add two more in the seventh to extend it to 11-2. The Expos would try and make a last inning comeback but it would be two much as they would get one run and the Padres would secure the 11-3 win. The game would stay there til the sixth inning when the Padres would tie the game up at two on a Matt Orsmby base hit. The Fourth Ward Cardinals would meet up with the Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs in Week 8 of Chaplain Valley Baseball League. The Cardinals would take the quick 1-0 lead in game 1 on Tommy Neale's RBI single. The Timberjaxxs would tie the game back up at on Demarco's double in the third. Then in the bottom of the third would score four to make it to make it 5-1. Then in the fourth the Cardinals would add three more to make it 8-1. The in the fifth the Timberjaxxs would try to get back into with 2 runs but it would not be enough and the Cardinals would hold on for the 8-3 win. Then in the second game the Cardinals would score early and often they would get three in the first to take a 3-0 lead. Then one in the second for a 4-0 lead. Then they would add another four in the third to make it 8-0. Then they would add six in the fourth to make it 14-0 and get the win as the game was called after five innings. Plattsburgh North Stars Vs Troy Fighting Irish

Plattsburgh's Dexter Geohagan (7) with the leaping catch in endzone for one of his three touchdowns on the night. The Plattsburgh North Stars would host the Troy Fighting Irish in non-league action. The North Stars would take the 7-0 lead in the first on Dexter Geohagan touchdown. The North Stars would extend the lead to 13-0 on Dexter Geohagan touchdown. Later in the second quarter the Fighting Irish would score two touchdowns and give the Fighting Irish the 14-13 lead at the half. In the third quarter the Fighting Irish would extend there lead to 22-13 on another touchdown. That is where the game would stay til the 4th quarter when the North Stars would get a 35 yard field goal to make it 22-16. On the in suing kickoff the North Stars would recover the onside kick and a few plays later take it down the field and score on Dexter Geohagan third touchdown of the day and give the North Stars the 23-22 lead. Although the lead would be short lived as the Fighting Irish would go down the fielld on there next drive and take the lead back at 28-23 and hold on for the win. The Padres would take the lead back at 2-1 in the fifth when Matt Hart would score on a feilders choice. Then in the sixth the Padres would finish off the game with Brady Burleigh RBI triple to secure the 3-1 victory. In the winning effort Matt Rivers would go seven innings give up 1 run on 1 hit while striking out 6. In the second game the Cardinals would take the quick 1-0 lead on a Joe Tolosky feilders choice. The Padres would tie the game up in the bottom of the first with a RBI single by Jeff Norton. Then in the fourth inning the Cardinals would get two runs to make it 3-1 on sacrifice fly to score Ben Weightmen and then Eric Dwyer would score on a double steal. It would be week seven at Airborne Park Speedway and it would feature the 98.9 WOKO Renegade 100. In the undercard for the evening Scott Richner would win the Mini-Modified, Jason Durgan would chase Codie Aubin in the closing laps of the Sportsman Modified feature. Then in the Sportsman Modified/Big Block Modified Challenge Nick Heywood would lead wire to wire. Then it would be time for the Renegade 100 after the intros the race would get off to a slow start with three cautions in the third of the race. The Plattsburgh Cardinals would host the Fourth Ward Athletics in a rare mid week game for the Champlain Valley Baseball League. The game would remain scoreless until the 4th inning when Cardinals Brain Latulipe would have a 2 RBI single to give the Cardinals the 2-0 lead. The Cardinals would extend there lead to 3-0 on a RBI single by Sherman. The Athletics would score in the sixth on a error to get on the board to make it 3-1. In the seventh the Athletics would get two runs one on a past ball scoring Gus Terry and feilder's choice scoring Barcomb to tie the game at 3. Then in the bottom of the inning the Cardinals would win the game on a walk off bunt by Eric Dwyer to give the Cardinals the 4-3 win. The Athletics would tie the game up at one in the bottom of the inning on a Richards RBI single. The Padres would take the 2-1 lead in the third on Jeff Norton's RBI single. The Athletics would tie the game at two on Buck's RBI single. The Atheltics would take the 3-2 lead on Eliott's sacfrice. Then in the 6th inning the Atheletics would explode for five runs and secure the 8-2 win in game one. In the win for the Athletics Kirpatrick would give two runs on five hits while striking five. There would be five different divisions in action with the 358 Modifieds, Sportsman Modifieds, Late Models, Mini-Modifieds and the new Strictly 6's. There would be some tight racing throughout the night with only a couple accidents on the night and both in the Sportsman Modified feature. The winners on the night would be Patrice McGill (358 Modifieds), Nick Sweet (Late Models twice), Nick Heywood (Sportsman Modified), Scott Richner (Mini-Modified) and Shawn Founation would win the first Strictly 6's. It would be Dig Safety NY and Aaron's night at Airborne Park Speedway. The day would start of good with some good battles and clean racing. Then we would get to the main event of the evening the Sportsman Modified 100. In that race we would have two seperate crashes both requiring red flags in the end Travis Bruno would get the win for his second of the season. In the other races Chris LaVair would win the mini-modifieds, Kris Vernold first career 358 modified win, Lance Rabtoy wins Renegades. The Peabody Padres would host the Lyon Mountain in week four of the Champlain Valley Baseball League. In the first game of the twinbill the Padres would score early and often getting two runs in the first off RBI singles by Mark Eggleston and Jeff Norton to make it 2-0. In the second inning the bats would really come alive as they would score five runs with the big blow coming on Mark Eggleston's bases clearing triple to make it 7-0. The score would stay there til the 6th when the Miners would get on the board on Riley Lawless RBI single to make it 7-1. Although in the bottom of the inning the Padres would add 5 more and close out the Miners with a 12-1 victory. In the winning effort Matt Rivers would go the distance giving up 1 run on four hits while striking out four. While at the plate Mark Eggleston would go 3-4 with 2 RBI's. In the second game it would be a pitchers duel as Padres Frank Brogna and Kris Chase. Although the Padres would get the lone two runs of the game in the fourth inning to secure the win and the sweep. In the winning effort Frank Brogna would go the distance for the shutout victory while striking out nine. With the win the Peabody Padres go to 5-1 while the Miners fall to 4-4 on the season. Tonight at Airborne Park Speedway it would be Haun Welding Airborne History night. The division that would be in action would be the 358 Modified, Renegades, Mini-Modified along with there newest division the Late Models in a pair of 20 laps feature. The racing would be green throughout most of the night with few cautions on the day but that didn't stop the action from heating up as there battles throughout the field in all divisions. The winners on the night would be Todd Stone in the 358 Modified, John Boutin Renegades, Dave O'Neil (2nd of the season) Mini-Modified, Late Models Bucko Branham and Josh Masterson. Gallery

The Peabody Padres would host the Fourth Ward Timberjaxxs in doubleheader action at Saranac in Week 3 of the Champlain Valley Baseball League season. The first game would remain scoreless until the fourth inning when the Padres would explode four runs in the inning with the big blow coming from Matt Ormsby two rbi single and take the 4-0 lead. The Padres would do it again in the fifth with two more runs playing small ball to make it 6-0. Then in the sixth inning the Padres would add one more to secure the lead at 7-0 with some bad play in the field by the Timberjaxxs. In the seventh inning the Timberjaxxs would avoid the shutout and get a run on the board as the Padres would get the 7-1 win. In the winning effort Matt Rivers would go the distance striking out seven and giving up one run on three hits. With Padres Shane Perrotte would go 3-3 with a RBI. It would be Military Appreciation Night at Airborne Park Speedway and racing would be the Sportsman Modifieds, Renegades, Mini-Modifieds and the Sportsman and 358 Modified Challenge race. Although the number of divisions would be low there would be great action out on the track with great racing especailly in the Renegade and Sportsman Modified features both of them would see late race passes for the win. The winners on the night would be Mark Lamberton (Sportsman Modifieds), Jamey Begor 2nd of the season (Renegades), Duchaine (Mini-Modifieds) and Jamey Mueller 2nd of the Season (Modified Challenge). Westport's James Moricette (2) slides into 3rd base as Keene's Brandon Dumas (20) is there to make the play as the Eagles defeat the Beavers 13-2 in Section VII Class D 1st Round action. The Eagles will now play in Chazy in the Quarterfinals on Friday May 23rd. The game would be 5-2 Eagles leading going into the bottom of the 5th when John Doyle (10) would open up the inning with a walk. Then Ryan Davis (5) would reach 1st base on fielding error by SS Warren Ashe (13) then the next 5 batters would walk: Sam Napper (25), Dylan Limlaw (22), Moricette, Brian Christian (6) and Tyrel Tryon (27). This would allow Doyle, Davis, Napper, Limlaw to score making it a 9-2 game. Then Rylan Hance (19) would strikeout with the bases loaded to get the 1st out of the inning. Then Moricette and Christian would both score on outside pitches during Thomas Mero's (4) at-bat. He would end up walking and Tyron would score on an outside pitch making it 12-2. Doyle would now be batting for the 2nd time in the inning and he would strikeout for the 2nd out of the inning. Then Davis would flyout to Keene's LF Rory Riggins (8) to end a disastrous inning for the Beavers. Pitcher Limlaw would pitch the 1st 3 innings with no hits as he picked up a complete game win with 9 strikeouts, 3 hits, 2 walks and 1 hit batsman in the outing. Keene's Colton Venner (11) would have a bad outing as he picks up the loss by allowing 10 walks and 4 hits. On the positive he would strikeout 12 Westport batters during the outing. Gallery

In the second game of the doubleheader it would be another low scoring pitchers duel as the Padres would get the 5-1 win thanks to a three run fifth inning. Ray Parent (17) beats out Jonanthan Bourvette (41) to the checkered flag for the win in the ACT 100 Spectacular. It would be the second weekend of racing at Airborne Park Speedway and along with the regular racing divisions the American Canadian Tour would be in town for a 100 lapper. The ACT tour race would be the race of the night with Ray Parent win it by a nose a the strip on a late restart. In other racing action the regular divisions some drivers had a hard getting out of the heat races as there were a few wrecks. The other feature winners on the night would be Jason Durgan in Sportsmen Modifieds, Tylor Terry in the Renegades and Steven Bessette in the Mini-Modifieds. Next weekend there will be more racing action at the track as part of Military Apperication Night with the Renegades, Sportsmen Modifieds and Strictly Six in action. Gallery

Mark Lamberton (44), Tom Remington (54) and Eric Lauziere (28) take it third wide as they are coming off turn two during the sportsmen modified feature event. After rain would delay the start of the season by a week the fans would be treated to the start of the Airborne Park Speedway in the Econo Lodge Season Opener. There would great racing throughout the night from the heat races to the features. In what was probably the best race of the night Shawn Duquette and Lance Rabtoy would race side by side for many laps for the race lead in the Renegade 30 lap feature with the win eventually going to Shawn Duquette. In the other races on the night Russell Duchaine would win the Mini-Modifieds, Jake Branham in the Sportsman Modified and Jessey Mueller in the 358 Modified. Next weekend at Airborne Park Speedway there will be a double header of racing action on Friday night they will be having an Endro Race and Demolition Derby and then on Saturday night they will have there regular racing featuring the ACT 100 Speculator. The game was a close game up until the bottom of the 4th inning where the Eagles would explode with 6 runs. It started with #2 James Moricette (1B) would walk, steals 2nd and advance to 3rd on a passed ball. #6 Christian (3B) would drive him in on a single then would steal 3rd and score on a ground out by #27 Tyrel Typon (RF). Then #40 Chris Clarke (LF) gets a single but would get thrown out at 2nd for the 2nd out of the inning. Then #3 Thomas Mero (2B) would get a single up the middle then score from #10 John Doyle's (CF) base hit and RBI. Then he would score from a RBI hit up the middle by #5 Ryan Davis (C). Davis would steal 2nd and 3rd then #25 Sam Nopper (P) get a RBI hit up the middle. He would steal 2nd and advance to 3rd and score on 2 connective passed balls making it a 6 run inning for the Eagles. The next batter #22 Dylan Limlan (SS) would strike out looking to end the inning as Westport would score 6 runs on 6 hits to blow the game wide open 9-3 with a final score of 13-6. #25 Nopper (P) would get the win with 11 strikeouts over 7 innings and allow 6 runs on 6 hits and 5 walks. #4 Mero (2B) would go 2-3 with 3 runs, 4 stolen bases, 2 hits while reaching 1st on an fielding error and would strikeout once. #5 Davis (C) would go 3-3 with 2 RBI, 3 runs, 6 stolen bases, 1 double, 2 singles and 1 walk. #2 Moricette (1B) would go 0-1 but had 2 walks, 3 runs, 4 stolen bases and 1 hit by a pitch for the Eagles. The Huskies would take the 1-0 lead in the first on Abe Gravell sacrifice fly. In the second inning the Huskies would break the game wide open with a seven run inning to make it 8-0. Then they would keep it going in the third and score four more runs and extend the lead to 12-0. The Shamrocks would avoid the shutout in the fifth to make it 12-1. Although the Huskies would answer back in the bottom of the inning to make it 13-1 to secure the victory. Neil Martin (9) and Dale O'Neil on the parade laps before the mini-modified heat race. It would be the Econo Lodge season opener at Airborne Park Speedway. The racing was schedule to start 5pm but rain would fall off and one throughout the evening delaying action. The Airborne Park Speedway staff would do there best to dry the track and on two separate occasions they would have the track dried and ready to go only to have the rains come again. So there would be no racing on this given night and season will get started next Saturday night May 10 with the KD Trailer Sales Fan Apperication Night race time schedule for 5pm. Gallery

Westport Eagles Vs Keene Beavers

Winning runs scores in the bottom of the 8th

Westport Eagle's James Moricette (2) slides home, with the winning run, on a passed ball in the bottom of the 8th inning as the Eagles beat the Keene Beavers 5-4 in 8 innings in MVAC baseball action. The bottom of the 8th inning started with Moricette leading off with a base hit. He would steal second and third base. Brian Christian (6) would walk to have a 1st and 3rd situation with no outs. Christian would steal 2nd with no throw made and Tyler Tryon (27) and Ryan Hance (19) would strike out to have a 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs and the lead off hitter was up. Thomas Mero (4) would be batting when pitcher Jesse Summer (24) would throw a passed ball and allow for Moricette to score winning the game. 1st Baseman Moricette would go 1-3 in the game with 4 SB and reaching 1st on a throwing error and a dropped third strike. Center fielder John Doyle (10) would go 2-4 with 3 SB, 1 2B and would strike out twice for the Eagles. The Beavers 2nd Baseman Colton Venrer (11) would go 2-4 with a pair of hits and a pair of stolen bases. He would strike out twice in the game. For the Eagles pitcher Dylan Liaslan (22) would pitch 6 strong innings with 9 K and would end up with a no decision in the game. Peru's Connor Casey (11) slides in safe at the plate as Malone's Alex Garvell (12) goes flying over the top on the high throw. The Malone Huskies would host the #11 Peru Indians in non-league action. The Indians would take the 1-0 lead in second inning when Connor Casey would score on the wild pitch. Although the Huskies would come right back in the bottom of the inning and score fours on one play as the Indians would through the ball around like a hot potato and take a 4-1 lead. The Indians would come back in the third inning and get one on Mitch Cunningham RBI single to make it 4-2. Although the game would not get any closer and the Huskies would have some great defense and secure the 4-2 victory. Plattsburgh State Cardinals Vs Norwich Cadets

Plattsburgh State's Joe Leddy (24)deliveries the strike for the strike out as part of six strike out game. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Norwich Cadets in the last game of the season at Chip Cummings for 2014. The Norwich Cadets would try to end the senoir send off when they would take the 1-0 lead in second Kyle Lamorey would score on the sacrifice fly. The Cardinals would come back and tie the game up in the bottom of the inning at one when John Casten would score on the sacrifice fly. The Cardinals would take the 2-1 lead in the third when Yayu Oswawa would score on the feilders choice to make it 2-1. The score would stay there til the sixth inning when the Cardinals would get two runs on a pair of RBI singles from John Casten and Brian Latulipe to take the 4-1 lead. From there the Cardinals shutdown defense and Joe Leddy would hold on for the 4-1 victory. It would be a defensive battle through the first half as the Adirondack J's would have the slim 16-13 lead at the break. In the second half the Adirondack J's offense would come alive as they would win the half 27-14 and take the 43-27 victory. The #1 Rebels would meet up with the #3 Adirondack J's for the 2014 Plattsburgh Indoor Flag Football Session II Championship. The two teams would be evenly matched throughout the game and the Adirondack J's had upset on the mind as they took the 22-19 lead at the intermission. When the teams came back for the second half the intensity would remain between the two teams as the Rebels would win the half 19-14 and with that they would take the 38-36 victory and the 2014 championship. The Rand Hill Painters would have upset on there mind as they would take a 27-20 lead at the break. Throughout the second half the Painters would keep there lead intact until 5 minutes left when the Rebels would take the lead and win the game 60-47. The game would be a low scoring affair throughout and CJ Tunes would have the slim 20-13 lead at the half. In the second half the defense would be on top of the game Kneucraft would win the half 12-8 although CJ Tunes and Photography would hold onto the 28-25 victory. The Westport Eagles would score a run in extra innings as they battle the Crown Point Panthers in a nail biter that two days to complete. The first day the game was 10-10 going into the 10th inning. When play resumed Crown Point batted around the order and would score 6 runs in the 10 inning. It would start off with Jeremy McIntosh would ground out for the 1st out. Then Calvin Arno would get a base hit and steal 2nd. Chad DeBrokarder would get a base hit . Then Jaice Sperm would also get a base hit. Then Kolby Peetak would get a walked to load up the bases. DeBrokarder would score on a fielding error and Sperm would score on a fielding error. Then Rigby Macey would get on base to have a 1st and 2nd with only 1 out. Then Joe Foote would fly out to center for the 2nd out of the inning. Sam Mockery would bat next and get an RBI as he reaches 2nd base on a two base error then scored from 2nd base on a fielders choice by Broward Crowningshield. McIntosh would bat again in the inning and would be walked. Arno would take his 2nd at bat of the inning and also be walked to load the bases again. DeBrokarder would ground out to end the inning as the Panthers would beat the Eagles 16-10 in 10 innings. Westport's Thomas Mero (4) would go 1-4 with 2 runs and 2 stolen bases. In the third 1st Round game the #3 Adirondack J's would meet up with the G.C. Warriors. In a game that would be very hotly contested through the Adirondack J's would take a 12-6 lead at the break. In the second half the offenses would wake up the J's would win the half 24-19 and secure the 38-25 victory. The Malone Huskies would host the Massena Red Raiders in the home opener to start the Section X season. The Huskies would take the quick 2-0 lead in the first. Then in the third inning the Huskies would break it open with six runs in theird inning as they would bat around and take a 8-0 lead. Then in the fourth inning they would add a pair of runs to extend the lead to 10-0. Then in the 6th and 7th they would get single runs to secure the 12-0 win. The game was 6-6 going into the bottom of the 6th inning when Chazy's Locks would lead off the inning with a base hit. Then Grazette would ground out to advance Locks to 2nd. Guay would get an RBI double to score Locks to make it 7-6. Then Grothers would walk and Guay would steal 3rd and Grothers would steal 2nd to have a 2nd and 3rd situation with only 1 out. Barden would get a 2 RBI base hit to score Guay and Grothers making it 9-6. Westport's Dylan Liaslan (22) would go 1-4 with 2 runs in the game. He would also pitch 6 innings with 11 strikeouts. It would be the final week of the regular season in the Indoor Flag Football Season as Kneucraft would take on the Rebels with the two teams looking for the playoff push. The Rebels would show why they were tied for the league lead as they would take the early 28-8 lead at the end of first half. When the teams came back for the second half Kneucraft would have no answer for the Rebels as they were outscored 35-14 to give the Rebels the 63-22 win and share of the regular season crown at 6-1. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would once against host the New Paltz Hawks to finish of the weekend set with doubleheader action. The Hawks would jump out to the quick 1-0 lead in the first on Robert Fitzpartick feilders choice RBI. The Cardinals would answer back in the bottom of the inning to tie it at one when Nick Lupo would score on a wild pitch. The Cardinals would take the 2-1 lead when John Casten would score on a grounder in the second inning. New Paltz would tie it back up at two in the fourth Shuan Hansen RBI single. The Hawks would take a 3-2 lead in the fifth on Tyler Bell's RBI single. The Cardinals would tie the game up at three in the seventh on Jeremy Rodriquez grounder. In the ninth though Robert Guido would score on a wild pitch to give the Hawks the 4-3 lead and win. It would be a pitchers duel as the two pitchers would combine to strike out ten and give up seven hits. The lone run of the game would come in the eighth inning when David Lostagilo would hit a sacrifice fly that would score Richard Guido to give the Hawks the 1-0 lead and eventual win. Plattsburgh State's Tim Lawrence (1) falls to knees and sends the ball to the top shelf for one of his two goals on the day. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Oswego State Lakers in SUNYAC Conference play. Through the first 15 minutes there would not be much decided as the teams would tied at four getting goals for the Cardinals would Tom Duggan (twice), Courtney Cox and Brendan Damm. In the second quarter the Cardinals start to push there weight around and win the period 4-2 and have a 8-6 lead at the break getting goals for the Cardinals would be Robbie Ashlaw, Jack Felter, Tim Lawrence and James Reed. When the teams came back for the third period the Cardinals would start to blow the game out as they won the period 6-2 and took a 14-8 lead on goals from Tom Duggan (third of the night), Mike Gay, Brendan Damm (second and third of the night), Tim Lawrence (second of the night), Robbie Ashlaw (second of the night). In the fourth the Lakers would try and get back in the game but it would not workout as they won the quarter 3-2 but the Cardinals would hold onto the 16-11 victory getting goals for the Cardinals was Robbie Ashlaw (third of the night) and Charlie Dullea. It would be a battle of old school Yamaha versus a new Yamaha four stroke and the rider on the new Yamaha would be holding for the ride and the win. The Snowmobile Hill Climb Racing Association (SHCRA) would make there return trip to race up Titus Mountain. There would be lots of local racers and other pro racers racing for bragging rights and cash prizes. There would be around 50 racers in 15 different classes with many close races for the spectators. The Saints would take the quick 1-0 lead on Pierson Fowlers goal at 3:12. The Cardinals would come back and tie the game up at 7:50 on Tim Lawrence's goal for a tie at 1 after the first quarter. When the second quarter came so did the goals the Cardinals got three unanswered goals in the first five minutes from Brendan Dam, Cole Andersen, and Anthony Pefundi for the 4-1 lead. The Saints finally would answer with one to make it 4-2. Then the Cardinals would come back with two more goals to make it 6-2 from Robbie Ashlaw and James Reed. Then the teams two finish off the half by trading goals two goals each Tim Lawerence and Brendan Dam both getting there second of the day for the Cardinals and have the 8-4 lead at the break. The third quarter would be the quarter the Cardinals make there charge as they would outscore them 6-2 and take a 14-6 lead on goals from Jake Felter (first and second of the day), Brendan Dam (third and fourth of the night), Robbie Ashlaw (second & third of the day). In the fourth quarter the Saints would do everything they could to make up the difference but there 6-2 quarter would not be enough scoring for the Cardinals was Robbie Ashlaw (fourth of night) and Brendan Dam (fifth of the day) to secure the 16-12 win for the Cardinals. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals pose for there team photo as they are crowned the 2014 NCAA Division III Women's Hockey Champions and for the third time overall. The 2014 NCAA Division III Women's Hockey Championship would come down just the way it should as it would be the top two teams in the country the Plattsburgh State Cardinals and Norwich Cadets. The Cadets would jump out to the 1-0 lead at the 8:30 mark of the first period on Madyson Moore's goal. The Cardinals would come right back and tie the game up at one on Bridget Bailsey's goal just 90 second later. The Cardinals would take the lead 2-1 on Julia Duquette's goal at 13:13 of the first. Then just about 90 seconds the Cardinals would make it 3-1 on Chelsea VanGahlan's goal. The Cardinals would strike on more time before the period ended on Bridget Bailsey's second goal of the night to make it 4-1 after the first period. In the second period the Cardinals would keep the tempo up as Jordan Caldwell scores at 8:11 to make it 5-1 Cardinals. The Cardinals would keep it going in the third period as Chelsea VanGalhan would get her second goal of the night at 2:26 of the third to make it 6-1 Cardinals. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals celeberate at center ice as they adavance to the National Championship with a overtime goal. In the NCAA Semi-Finals it would be a east vs west showdown as the #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #6 St. Thomas Tommies. It would be a great game between two evenly matched teams that both would have there chances. When it was all said and down though there would just be on game scored in the game as Allison Era would light the lamp with 4:49 left in overtime on the power play to give the Cardinals the 1-0 win. In the winning effort Sydney Aveson would get another shutout victory as she stopped all 30 shots on the night as the Cardinals advance to the National Championship against the #2 Norwich Cadets. Plattsburgh State's Ali Vakos (77) with the tap in goal along the goal line as part of a four goal night. The #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #10 Williams Ephs in the Quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. The Williams Ephs would be looking for the upset as they would score just 1:15 into the first period on Gabrielle Vukasin goal to give the Ephs the 1-0 lead. The game would stay there til there was 1:27 left in the first and Ali Vakos would tie the game up at one. The Cardinals would make some obvious adjustments as Ali Vakos would score just 28 seconds into the second for her second of the night and give the Cardinals the 2-1 lead. Then at the 12:11 mark of the second period Ali Vakos would finish off the natural hat trick and give the Cardinals the 3-1 lead. Then just 31 seconds into the third period Ali Vakos would strike again and have a texas hat trick for the 4-1 lead and from there the Cardinals would hold on for the win. It would be week five of the second session of the Indoor Flag Football League as the Adirondack J's would play the Pink Panthers. The tempers would deffenately show up during the game as the Adirondack J's would have a 38-16 lead after the first half. In the second half the Pink Panthers would do there best to get back in the battle and win the half 29-22. The defecit would just to much to overcome as the Adirondack J's would get the 60-45 win. The #1 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #2 Elmira Soaring Eagles in the Championships of the ECAC-West Conference. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead at 9:04 of the first on Giovanna Sense's goal. The Soaring Eagles would come right back and tie the game up at one just 55 seconds later on Ashley Ryan's goal. The Cardinals would take the lead back at 1:35 of the second period on Alyssa Parke's goal to make it 2-1. Although the Soaring Eagles would come back and tie the game up again at 14:35 of the second on the power play on Anna Tude's goal. The Soaring Eagles would take there first lead of the game at 3:41 on Erin Weston's goal to make it 3-2 Soaring Eagles. The Cardinals and Shannon Stewart would come back and tie the game at 3 at 7:03. Then the Cardinals would regain the lead at 4-3 on Tyne Gove's goal at 9:48 and from there on they would hold on for the 4-3 victory. The #12 Saranac Chiefs would play the #4 Taramac Bengals at the Plattsburgh State Field House in the Quarterfinals of the New York State Class B Tournament. After the first quarter the Chiefs would have slim 17-16 lead. In the second quarter the Bengals would heat up some and win the quarter 17-11 and take the 33-28 lead at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third the chess match would be on as they tied for the quarter at 11 giving the Bengals 44-39 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Chiefs couldn't overcome the Bengals as they Bengals win the quarter 17-13 and win the game 61-52. With the lose the Chiefs season comes to an end at 15-4. Gallery

The Plattsburgh Horners would play the #2 Ogdensburg Blue Devils at the Plattsburgh State Field House in the quarterfinals. The game would start out close as the Blue Devils would have a 27-22 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter the Blue Devils would start to pull away as they had a 31-8 quarter and took the 58-30 lead at the intermission. When the teams came back for the third quarter it would be more of the same the Blue Devils win the quarter 25-8 and take a 83-38 lead into the fourth. In the fourth quarter the Blue Devils would call off the attack and the Hornets would win the quarter 11-9. Although it would not nearly be enough as the Blue Devils get the 92-49 win. Well the end of the regular season would come to a close with to bitter rivals locking horns. As the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Oswego State Lakers. The game would remain scoreless until just 26 seconds into the second period when Michael Radisa would make it 1-0 Cardinals. The Lakers woulud come back and tie the game up at Michael Montagna goal at 4:45 to make it 1-1. Then just under a minute later the Lakers would take the 2-1 lead on Andrew Barton's power play goal. Then starting at 9:49 the Icemen would get three goals in two minutes to make it a 5-2 game on goals from Zeb Brown, Kaden Pickering (second of night), and Coby Munson. Then just 1:47 into the third Bailey Conklin would score to make it 5-3 game. Then just over three minutes later Bailey Conklin would score again to make it a one goal game at 5-4. Then at 6:04 Kaden Pickering would strike again and complete the hat trick and make it a 6-4 game. Then with just over a minute left the Icemen would get a empty netter from Zeb Brown (second of the night) for the 7-4 Icemen win. For the six goals in the period there would be five difference goal scores lighting the lamp would be Allison Era (twice), Chelsea VanGalahan, Bridget Bailsey, Jordan Caldwell, and Katylen Turk. When the teams came back for second period there would be no let up in the Cardinals as they would get four more goals for 10-0 lead. In game one of the eigth and final week of season the Rand Hill Painters would meet up with the Clinton Gladiators. The Gladiators would get of to the quick 12-0 lead on two scores in the first five minutes. Rand Hill would get on the board in the tenth minute on Scott Auguila's touchdown to make it 12-7. Then in the fifteenth minute Rand Hill would take the 13-12 lead on Karnley's touchdown. Then to finish out the first half the Gldiators would score three times to take the 34-13 lead at the break. In the second half Rand Hill would have no answer for the Gladiators as the Gladiators outscored them 4-1 and took the 59-13 win. In game two of the eigth and final week of the season Adirondack J's would meet up with the DB Xtreme. The Adirondack J's would get on the board first on Craig Livsey touchdown in the 4th minute. In the 10th minute the Adirondack J's would extend the lead to 15-0 on Doroucher's touchdown. The DB Xtreme would get on the board in the 13th minute to cut the lead to 15-7. In the 16th minute Adirondack J's DJ Barber woud make it a 21-7 game on the touchdown. The DB Xtreme would cut the lead in half again at 21-13. Then with four minutes left in the first Adirondack J's Bushey would score to give the J's the 29-13 lead at the break. In the second half the DB Xtreme would outscore them 4-2 but it would not be enough as the Adirondack J's would hold on for 44-41 win. In the second quarter the Flyers would do there best to keep the game close as they would win the quarter 13-7 to make it 26-16 Bulldogs at the break. When the teams returned for the second half the Bulldogs would find there stread again as they would win the quarter 19-9 to take the 45-25 lead into the 4th quarter. In the second quarter the Bulldogs would out score the Eagles 12-10 to tie the game 21-21 at the half. The third quarter would be the deciding quarter of the game as the Eagles would win the quarter 21-8 and take a 42-29 lead.
