John MacDonald (Russell, ON) and Mar Dream win the Red & Maragaret Memorial with the new track record 1:59.3 beating the old track record by a tenth of a second. It would be last of three days of racing at the Franklin County Fair. There would be 8 races on the card with three of them being memorial races. There would be another good crowd in attendance. Andy Gardner would be named the driver of the week for his stellar performance over the three days. Gallery

Heath Allen (Brudhton) aboard the 3 Determination gets the wire to wire win in the fifth race over Scott Renz and Taste of Magic in the 2 year old Trotters race. The New York County Fair Racing Series would return to the Franklin County Fair for there second day of three days of racing. It would be another full card of racing with 11 races on the day. Many of the races would come right down to the wire. There would be a good crowd on hand to watch the racing. Gallery
