Northern Adirondack's wrestler has Peru's wrestler on his back as he is putting him through the stretch. It would be the second week of Champlain Valley Athletic Conference Wrestling as the Peru Nighthawks would host the Northern Adirondack Bobcats it would be close in the early going but the Northern Adirondack Bobcats would pull away for the 49-24 victory. In the winning effort, the Northern Adirondack Bobcats would go to 2-0 in the section while the Peru Nighthawks fall to 1-1 as the teams hit the quarter pole of the sectional season. The five section VII schools would meet at Saranac for the 2013 Section VII Wrestling Championship. There would be many good matches throughout the day with many of them going the distances and some needing the extra period. As a team Peru would defend there sectional title with a score of 244, 2nd Beekmentown 203, 3rd Saranac 169, 4th Northern Adirondack 155 and 5th Ausable Valley 79. It would be Section VII Wrestling Championships from Saranac with all five schools competing for the right to head to the state finals in Albany. At the end of the day and the fifteen weight classes were done the team champion would be Saranac. As for the outstanding wrestler at the meet, the win would go to Chance Lapier from Ausable Valley. Peru and Northern Adirondack wrestle battle for position in the 150lb weight class Northern Adirondack would eventually win the class. It would be the section VII sectional championships from Peru. The five schools that would be competing would be Peru Saranac, Ausable Valley, Northern Adirondack, and Beekmantown. All class winners would advance on to the New York State wrestling championships in two weeks in Albany. The eventual school champion would be Peru followed by Saranac. Gallery

Malone's Joe Jaurrez flips over the of Ogdensburg's Nate Shakir and takes the OFA wrestler along for the ride. The Malone Huskies would host the Ogdensburg Blue Devils in Section X Wrestling action. There would only be 6 matches in the 15 different weight classes and the rest would be decided by forfeits. In the actual matches, Ogdensburg would win five out of 6 them. With being said Ogdensburg would win the match 62-12. With the lose the Malone Huskies fall to 1-6 on the season. Gallery
