Chateaugay's Jordan Martin (7) and St. Lawrence's Tyler Kowalchuk (4) rise up and the battle for the ball at midfield. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would battle the St. Lawrence Larries in Section X East Division action. The game would remain scoreless until the 34th minute when Nick Ashline would score on the header to give the Bulldogs the 1-0 lead assist to Chad Slater. The game would remain there until the 69th minute when Nick Ashline would score again for the Bulldogs this time hitting it off the crossbar and in to make 2-0 Bulldogs with the assist going to Seth Young. Then just two minutes later when Seth Young would score on the breakout to make it 3-0. The Larries would try to get back in the game with a goal just 20 seconds later on Matthew Frary to make it 3-1 but that's as far as they would get. The Bulldogs would hang on for the 3-1 victory. In the winning effort, Josh Trombley would make one save. With the win, the Bulldogs would go to 8-2-1 on the season. Gallery.

Girls Varsity Soccer - St. Lawerence Larries vs Chateaugay Bulldogs 09-30-2013 - Complete Game

Chateaugay's Sam Loddell (17) with the header in the defensive zone to stop the Larries attack. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the St. Lawrence in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would take the 1-0 lead in the 10th minute on Brianna Cook's goal. Then in the 20th minute, Danielle Charland would score to make it 2-0 Bulldogs. Then just two minutes later Danielle Charland would strike again to make it 3-0 Bulldogs. Then in the 26th minute, Hannah Cook would get in action with a goal to end the first at 4-0 Bulldogs. In the 47th minute, the Larries would get on the broad to make it 4-1. The Larries would strike again in 70th minute to make it 4-2 Bulldogs. Although in the 72nd minute the Bulldogs would end comeback the Larries had as Rachel Young would score to make it 5-2 Bulldogs. With the win, the Bulldogs remain undefeated on the season at 7-0-1. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the St. Lawerence Larries in Section X action. The Bulldogs would stellar defense throughout the game as they would get the 39-22 win. The Bulldogs would have the 11-6 lead after the first quarter. The second quarter was very low scoring as the Bulldogs win it 8-5 and take a 19-11 lead into the locker room at the break. When the teams would return for the second half the defense would remain for both teams as the Bulldogs would win the half 20-11 for the 39-22 victory. In the winning effort, Courtney Boyea would lead the way with 15 points on the night as the Bulldogs go to 11-1 on the season. Gallery

St. Lawrence's Holly Zeldenrust (31) makes the glove save on the breakaway and sends it over the top. The St. Lawrence Larries would play the Canton Golden Bears in Malone as part of the Upstate New York Girls Hockey League. The game would remain scoreless until the second period when Canton's Natalie Giglio would score 41 seconds in to make it 1-0 Golden Bears. The Bears would extend there lead to 2-0 on Margret Troiano's goal at 6:11. Then in the last minute of the period the Bears would make it 3-0 on Blake Orosz. When the teams returned for the third it would be more of the same as the Bears score 17 seconds in on Mary Kaite Mace's goal to make it 4-0. The Larries would keep fighting through and get a goal two minutes left from Paige Debeer to make it 4-1. The Bears would add an insurance marker in the last minute from Blake Orosz's second of the night to get the 5-1 win. In the losing effort, Larries Holly Zeldenrust would stop 43 as they fall to 0-3 on the season. Gallery

St. Lawerence's Brooke Reville (16) shoots the puck right off the crossbar looking for the goal. The St. Lawerence Larries would host the Lake Placid Blue Bombers in Malone in Girls Hockey as part of the schools joined the team. The game would be a great competition as the two teams were evenly matched. The game would remain scoreless until 5 minutes into the second period when Lake Placid's Brooke Reid would light the lamp to give the Blue Bombers the 1-0 lead. That is where the game would remain until the last few seconds of the game when Lake Placid's Brooke Ried would score again in the empty net to secure the 2-0 win. With the lose the Larries fall to 0-3 on the season. In the losing effort, Stephaine Peets would have 26 saves. Gallery

Chateaugay's Devin Barnes (33) crashes into the defender for the basket for two of eight points on the night. The start of a new basketball season would bring a new start to Chateaugay basketball as Mike Martin would start his tender as the boys head basketball coach. The season would start as it always does with the Bobcat Shootout in Ellenburg as they would take on the St. Lawerence Larries. The Bulldogs would show there newest as they would trail 20-15 after the 1st quarter. Then in the second quarter, they start to hit there groove as they would take a 36-35 lead at the break. The third quarter would be very even as the Larries would take the 48-47 lead into the fourth. In that fourth quarter though the Bulldogs would outscore the Larries 14-7 to get the 62-54 win. In that winning effort, Noah Bowes would lead all scorers with 33 points and the Bulldogs start the season at 1-0 after a very physical contest. Gallery.

The Chateaugay Bulldogs host the St. Lawerence Larries on a senior day at Chateaugay as all the seniors were honored with there parents before the game. Once the game would start the Bulldogs would not waste much time in taking control. The Bulldogs score 1st minute on the Courtney Boyea goal. The Bulldogs would strike again in the 2nd minute on Alexis Beach goal. Then in the 10th minute Hannah Cook would score to make it 3-0 Bulldogs. The Bulldogs would extend the lead to 4-0 after Katie Beach's goal in the 15th minute. The lead would go to 5-0 in the 28th on Haylee Towers goal. The Bulldogs would end there scoring in the 42nd minute on Danielle Charland's goal. In the winning effort, the Bulldogs would outshoot the Larries 27-2. With the win, the Bulldogs continue there undefeated season at 13-0. Gallery
