The first half would be hotly contested throughout the Saints would hold a slim 32-28 lead at the break. When the teams returned the Saints would jump on them early and extend there lead to 17 points. Although the Express would not go quietly and get right back into the Saints would have to hold on for the slim 67-63 win.
