Plattsburgh North Stars Donny Coolidge (11) & Shane Racette (38) break up the pass and Shane Racette ends up with the interception. The Plattsburgh would off their season in Massena against the Sliver & Black with a giddy 27-21 win. The North Stars would get on the board first on a touchdown pass to Chris Fish for the 7-0 lead. Then on the next Massena Donny Coolidge would intercept the pass for a pick 6 and take a 13-0 lead after the first. In the second quarter JD Moore would complete his second touchdown pass of the night this time to Trevor St. Clair. The Silver & Black would get on the board as the half ended on a deep touchdown pass to give the North Stars a 21-7 lead at the break. In the 3rd quarter, Mervin Jenkins would score on a rushing touchdown. Then in the 4th quarter, the North Stars would have to hold on for the victory as turnovers would lead to, two Silver & Black touchdowns. With the win, the North Stars are 1-0 as they head home to host the Broome County Dragons on July 17th. Gallery

The Plattsburgh North Stars entered the playoffs as the #3 seed and would host the #6 Massena Silver & Black in the opening round of the playoffs. In a game that was never in doubt, the North Stars would advance with a 42-6 win and travel to Chateaugay on October 3rd to take on the #2 seed and Empire Football League champions Quebec Titans for the right to go to the championship. There were a few records that were set during the game as Brandon Keleher #40 (pictured) would become the second North Star in history to run for over 1,000 yards in a season.
