Malone's Joey Brown (31) pokes the puck to the corner and keep it out of the net. The Malone Huskies would host the Salmon River Shamrock in the rivalry game of section X at the Malone Civic Center. The Shamrocks would break the ice and get the opening goal from Tye Terrance at 2:12 mark for the early lead. The Huskies would answer back at the 6:03 mark of first to tie the game at one Trevor Cooley's goal. That is where the game would stay all the way until 4:40 mark of the third when the Shamrocks would take the 2-1 lead on Sean David's goal. The Shamrocks would extend the lead to 3-1 on Sean David's second goal of the night. Then to finish it off for good measure Salmon River's Chad George would score with under three minutes left to secure the 4-1 win. In the losing effort Huskies, Joey Brown would make 30 saves as the Huskies fall to 3-5-1 on the season. Gallery

Malone's Trevor Cooley (12) comes in the break and fires it over Salmon River's Adian Comins (55) for the goal. The Malone Huskies would host the Salmon River Shamrock in the rivalry game of section X at the Malone Civic Center. The Shamrocks would break the ice and get the opening goal from Tye Terrance at 2:12 mark for the early lead. The Huskies would answer back at the 6:03 mark of first to tie the game at one Trevor Cooley's goal. This would be a half-court game with defenses stepping up to keep their team in the contest after the first half the Huskies would have 24-19 lead on the Chiefs. In the second half the offenses would find some more space and the Huskies would win the half 33-24 to secure the 57-43 win. With the win Huskies go to 7-1 while the Chiefs fall to 3-4 on the season. Malone's Trevor Coley (12) with the crunching hit along the end boards. The Malone Huskies would host the Norwood-Norfolk Icemen in Northern Athletic Conference action. The Icemen would get the games first tally 4:52 on Austin Cousineau's goal to make it 1-0 Icemen. Then at 6:49 mark of the period the Icemen would strike again on Kaden Pickerings' powerplay goal to make it 2-0. Then at 11:56 of the first Kyler Head would score for the Huskies to cut the lead in half at 2-1. The Icemen would answer back though before the period ended to make it 3-1 Icemen at the end of the first. The Icemen would extend the lead to 4-1 on Colby Munson's power-play goal at 7:17 of the second. Then just 30 seconds later Huskies Josh Trombley would keep them within two at 4-2. Then just 30 seconds into the third period the Icemen would extend the lead to 5-2 Colby Munson's second goal of the night. Then at 7:44 Autin Cousineau would get his second of the night to make it 6-2. The Huskies would fight till the end and get a late goal by Jake Henning but the Huskies would fall 6-3. The game would remain tight at the half with the Huskies having a 23-19 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third quarter the game would stay tight with the Huskies having a 35-30. Then in the fourth quarter both teams offenses would come alive but the Huskies proved to have enough as they outscored them 22-19 for the 57-49 victory. The game would remain scoreless all the way till the third period when Malone's Jake Henning would get the game's first goal at 1:10 to give the Huskies 1-0 lead. The game would stay there till the 11th minute of the third when the Blue Devils would tie it up on Jon Taylor's goal. The Huskies would keep scraping though and get the game-winner with just over two minutes left when Bailey Conklin would score on the breakaway to give the Huskies the 2-1 win.
