The Bengals would do there best to try and get back into it but the Cardinals would be too much as they would win the second half 39-34 and secure the 95-68 victory. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host #10 and SUNYAC foe Buffalo State Bengals on Mad Dag Castine night. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead on Brady Phaff's goal at 6:44 of the first period. The Cardinals would extend there lead to 2-0 in the final minute of the first period on Joe Drabin's goal. The game would stay there till 10:32 of the second period when the Bengals would score to make it 2-1. From then on both teams would fight hard but there would be no more scoring as the Cardinals hold on for the 2-1 victory. In the winning effort, Brad Rouleau would stop 22 as the Cardinals go to 10-8-1 on the season. Gallery.
