The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #23 ranked Brockport State Golden Eagles in SUNYAC Women's Lacrosse action as part of the senior day game. The game would not start off good for the home Cardinals as they would trail 8-2 after the first quarter scoring the two for the Cardinals would be Caroline Noia and Lindsay Guzzetta while scoring for the Golden Eagles would be Danielle Hemly, Claire Odett (fourth), Julia Quinlan (twice), and Logan Hibbard. In the second quarter, the Cardinals would get shutout 4-0 on goals by Julia Quinlan (third), Courtney Cunningham, Cassidy Burnash, and Danielle Hemly (second) and take a 12-2 lead into the break. When the teams returned for the third period the Eagle's offense would stay hot with another 4-0 quarter on goals from Logan Hibbard (second), Allison Jennings (third), and take a 16-2 lead into the fourth quarter. In that fourth quarter, the teams would trade a goal each with Kate Kennedy scoring for the Cardinals and Danielle Hemly scoring her third on the day for the Eagles.
