Beekmantown's Payton Parliament (13) breaks in and gets fouled by Plattsburgh's Bailey Hewson (10) as she drives to the hoop for the score. We would have a crosstown Champlain Valley Athletic Conference game as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host 8-0 lead. In the second quarter rival the Beekmantown Eagles. The game would start off great for the visiting Eagles as they would have shutout first quarter at 8-0 Eagles. In the second quarter, it would be more of the same as the Eagles did their best to keep the shutout and have an impressive 16-2 lead at the intermission. When the teams returned for the third quarter from the break they would bring their offensive's as the Eagles would win the quarter and take a 28-12 lead into the fourth and final quarter. In that fourth quarter, the teams would be all equal with an 11-11 quarter for the 39-23 victory. In the winning effort, the Eagles go to 10-9 while the Hornets fall to 6-11 on the season. Gallery
