Rob Yetman (7) battles with John Coonradt (00x) for the lead in the Pro Stock A Main down the stretch. It would be NYSSCA Night at Albany Saratoga Speedway and all the divisions would be out. As for the feature racing on night it would start with Randy Miller in the Street Stock getting the win after good early race battle with David Cook. Next up would be the Pro Stock A Main that would see Rob Yetman pick his way through the back of the back and get the win after some good battles all the way up. Then it would be the Sportsman Modified with 36 cars taking the green with the 1 thousand dollars on the line after many spins and wrecks throughout the eventual win would go Justin Buff. Then it would be earth shaking ground pounding 358 Modified with everyone getting there cars dialed in for the 5400 to win midway week race Marc Johnson would come through the dust for the win. Next up would be the Limited Sportsman Modified and David Richer would get the win after a late race battle with Dave Boisclair. Then we would finish the night with the 4 cylinders David Frame would get the victory Gallery

Kids Nights Presented by Ashley Furniture Home style - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - May 18th 2019

brotherly love

Tylor Terry (44) battles with brother Josh Terry (43) for the win in the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock A Main nothing like a little brotherly love. It would be the fourth week of racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Kid's Night Presented by Ashley Furniture Home Style with all 6 six divisions in action on the night. The night would start off with the ever popular Kid's Rides where the kids were able to come down a take a ride around the track in there favptite drivers car and when all the kids got on the track it there would be more people on the track then in the stands. As for the racing on track it would be intense all night with 98 cars in the pits for the night. The first feature out of the box would be the Hartson Total Openning Pro Stock and it would be Joecyln Roy and CD Beauchamp going at it once again this time with Roy getting the upper hand and the win. Next up would be the popular 358 Modified and when the dust settled it would be Stephen Bernier and Lance Willix battling out for the win and Lance Willix would get his second straight Egglefield Brothers 358 Modified A Main win of the season. Then we would have the fourius Porier's True Value Sportsman Modified and with 38 cars in the pits it would be a battle just to make the show and when it came to the A-main it would Mr. Consistency Adam Pierson and Connor Cleveland going for the win and Connor Cleveland would get his second win of the season while Peirson would get another second place finish. Then we would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and Felix Roy would get his second straight win after Cory Myers would give him a hard fight for the first half of the race. Then we would have the Ernie's Discount Tools Super Stock and the battle for the win would come right down to the checkered flag between the Terry brothers with Tylor getting the win at the line. The night would finish with the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and the win would go to Caleb Tourville after apparent winner Nathan Smart was disqualified in tech after the race. Fire & EMS Night Presented by Garrand Motorsports - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - May 11th 2019

bumper to bumper for lead

Josh Laporte (45b) and Michael Whalen (11) goes bumper to bumper through the corner as they battle for the lead. It would week three of racing at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and it would be Fire and EMS Night presented by Garrand Motorsports with the 358 Modified, Sportsman Modified, Super Stock, Strictly Stock, and Novice Sportsman Modified on the racing card. The first feature of the night up would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports and from the start it would be the Caleb Tourville and Josh Laporte show at the front until the closing laps when a player would get invovlded Michael Whalen and when the dust settled it would be Josh LaPorte getting win number two of the second. Next up would be the Egglefield Ford 358 Modifieds and there 30 laps feature would go caution free and the battle up front for the win would be between Lance Willix Jake Lehner and Greg Atkins and Lance Willix would take the lead on lap 17 and not look back. Then we would have the popular Porier True Value Sportsman Modifieds and probably be the best race of the night with multiple battles up front for the lead between Adam Pierson Jake Speshok and Lonnie Rivers. Although when the dust settled the win would go to Lonnie Rivers who took the lead with five laps to go. Then we would have the Erine's Discount Tools Super Stocks and for the third week in a row the winner would be Jim McKiernan but that would be not with out stiff competition from the Terry Brothers (Josh and Tylor) as they were looking to stop the streak. Then to finish off the night you would have the Novice Sportsman Modified and it would be the youth that would take center stages as two teenagers would finish 1 and 2 with Felix Roy getting the win and Dale Gonyo Jr second and first week winner Lee Barcomb coming in third, Next week will be kids night at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway with all divisions racing with the return of the Hartson Total Opening Pro Stock. Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region Presented by Casella Waste Management - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - May 4th 2019

Luke Whittaker (38) and Mario Claire (22c) battle for the lead in the late stages of the 358 feature event. It would be week 2 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region would be in town along with the 358 Modifieds, Pro Stock, Super Stock, and Strictly Stock all presented by Casella Waste Management with 110 cars in the pits. The first feature out for the night would be the Pro Stocks and would see Marc Lalonde get out to a big lead in the 25 lap feature although C.D. Beauchamp would be charging fast at end and come a care length short as Marc Lalonde would win the caution free feature. Next up would be the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region race and with Shane Pecor starting on the pole the teams knew they needed to bring there a game and it was evident the first part of the race. Although he would challenges throughout the night from Travis Bruno, Connor Cleveland and Adam Pierson. On a restart during the second half of the race Travis Bruno would get out front and fend off all comers and get the win and the thousand dollar check. Next up would be 358 Modifieds and that would be another hard fought race between Mario Claire, Steve Bernier, Danny Gagne and Luke Whittaker. Luke Whittaker would take his hard charging car from a 16th starting spot up to the lead and get the feature win. Then we would have the Super Stock division and would be a battle up front for most of the race between Brent Jarvis and Jim McKiernan with the win going to McKiernan for the second week in a row. To end off the night it would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and it would be a battle of endurance as they started with eight cars and would finish with four with the win going to Josh LaPorte on late race pass of Caleb Tourville. We will be back in action next week at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway with the 358 Modified, Sportsman Modified, Novice Sportsman Modified, Super Stock, and Strictly Stock as part of Fire and EMS night. 66th Season Opener presented by Harmony Golf Course - Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - April 27th 2019

battle for the lead

Stephen Bernier (25) and Lance Willix (31) battling for the lead in the 50 lap 358 Modified feature. It would be 66th season opener at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway presented by Harmony Golf Course and there would be 85 cars in the pits over 6 divisions ready to do battle and get that season opening win. The main event of the evening would be the 50 lap 2k to win 358 Modified race and it would see a showdown between Stephen Bernier and Lance Willix who would be attached to each other for most of race. At one point where Stephen Bernier slammed it off the front stretch wall and got airborne and would get eventual win. In the Sportsman Modified 2017 season champion Connor Cleveland would return and show why he was championing leading wire to wire for the win. In the first weekly race for the Pro Stock division C.D. Beauchamp would still be the one winner the Pro Stock class has every seen at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway but that wasn't without challenge from Jocelyn Roy coming down the stretch. In the Super Stock class it would be a showdown between Jim Mckiernan, Brent Jarvis and Michael Wright with the eventual win going to Jim McKiernan. As for the Novice Sportsman it would be Lee Barcomb with the wire to wire win and in the Strictly Stock Matt Leonard would do the same to finish off the season openning weekend. Gallery Video DVD

Thunder in the Thousand Island - Can AM Speedway - April 13th 2019

crash

Jessica Powers (52) tried to cut underneath Cedric Gauvereau (22c) and couldn't quite back it and takes the 22C around causing major damage to her own car. It would be the opener of the Super Dirtcar Series and they would return to the Can-Am Speedway for the first time in ten years. It would be the Thunder in the Thousand Island with 41 cars showing up for the Super Dirt Week Qualifier. Everyone's emotions were up for the season opener and it would be evident in the feature race as 31 cars would start and only 16 would finish do to multipile wrecks throughout the race cuasing major damage to many cars ending there night early. Although when the dust settled Matt Shepherd would be the winner of the 10 thousand dollars and the all important automatic qualifying spot for Dirtweek in October. Shepherd's major challenge on the day would come from Billy Dunn and Mat Williamson but they were only able to hang with him for a few laps off the restarts and then Sheppard would slowly just pull away.
