The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would end the home portion of there season with a doubleheader against the Canton Kangaroos. The first game of the doubleheader would be a nailbiter although the Cardinals would get the 7-6 victory. In the nightcap of the doubleheader, it would be a pitchers duels and few costly errors would seal the Kangaroos faith as the Cardinals would get the 3-1 victory.
