This would be a game that the Cardinals would control from start to finish. The game would begin with the Cardinals scoring three goals from Mackenize Millen, Annie Katonka, and Hanna Rose for the 3-0 lead. In the second period, the Cardinals would add four more goals from Taylor Whitney, Annie Katonka (2nd) Moe Tsukimoto and Mackenize Millen (2nd) and have a 7-1 lead after the second period. Adirondack's Alex Sakellaropoulos (1) with one of his 33 saves on the night coming the way of the penalty shot. The Adirondack Thunder would host the Manchester Monarchs in East Coast Hockey League. The Adirondack Thunder would get the opening goal of the game from Mike Szmatula goal at 7:35 of the first period. The game would stay there till the 12-minute mark of the second period when Kevin Lough would score to make it 2-0 lead. Then early on in the third period the Thunder would extend there lead to 3-0 on the Kelly Summers goal, Although the Monarchs would not go quietly as they add two goals during the period and make it a 3-2 game. The Thunder would put the icing on the cake late in the game when Conor Riley would score and get the 4-2 victory. The game would remain scoreless until 57 seconds into the second period when Thompson would score for the Thunder to take the 1-0 lead. The Thunder would extend the lead to 2-0 on Salhany last-second goal. The Thunder would extend there lead to 3-0 on Bradshaw's goal at the 7:27 mark of the third period. The Monarchs would do there best to get back in the game with two late third period goals to make it 3-2. Although it would not be enough as the Thunder would hold on for the 3-2 victory. In the winning effort the Thunder would go to 17-9-2-2 on the season and Devin Buffalo would make 39 saves on the night. Gallery

Peru's Austin Carpenter(5) with the pass breakup on Plattsburgh's Zack Bieber (88) to save the touchdown. It would be week 3 of the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference between cross town rivals as the Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Peru Indians. It would be a hard hitting game from the start and it would take til the second quarter for the first score of the game. In that first score the Peru Indians would take the 7-0 lead on the Kasen Brennan 6 yard score at the 6:25. Although the Hornets would answer back on a 30 yard pass to Tyler Phillips to tie the game at seven. Then in the closing seconds of the half the Hornets would add a 30 yard field goal from Liam Rascoe for the 10-7 lead at intermission. At the 8:42 mark of the third quarter the Hornets would extend there lead to 17-7 on the Tyler Phillips score. Although the Indians would keep fighting and get a late score from Alex Palmer. Although it would not be enough as the Hornets get the 17-13 victory. With the win the Hornets go to 3-0 as they head to Moriah next week. While the Peru Indians fall to 2-1 and head to Beekmentown next weekend. Gallery.
