Peabody's Shane Perrotte (2) slides under the tag at home plate to extend there lead. It would be a mid-week battle between the Peabody Padres and Adam's Glass Dodgers at the Lefty Wilson field. The Padres would jump out to the quick 1-0 lead after the first inning. They would another run in the third inning to make it 2-0. Then in the fourth inning, the Dodgers would get on the board but the Padres would two more runs to make it 4-1. Then in the sixth, both teams would score again the Dodgers would get another single run while the Padres would add three and make it 7-2. The Padres would go on to win by that 7-2 margin and improve to 7-1 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Jack Tolosky (10) steps on second base to start the double play. The Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #1 Cortland State Red Dragons in SUNYAC doubleheader action. It would not be a very good day for the Cardinals. In the first game, the Red Dragons would score multiple runs in seven of the nine innings. The best inning for the Cardinals would be the ninth when they would score four runs in the inning. With that being said the Red Dragons would cruise to the 25-8 victory in game one of the doubleheader. In the second game of the doubleheader the Red Dragons would get one in the first, three in the second, and one in the sixth and seventh to secure the 6-0 win. With the Cardinals getting sweep they would fall to 12-19 on the season. Gallery.

The Eagles would jump out to an 8-1 lead after the fourth inning. Then the Chiefs would slowly start crawling there way back into the game as they would get a couple in the fifth to make it 8-3. Then in the sixth, they would great three more to make it 8-6. Unfortunately though the rain would start coming and hard and the game would be called after the sixth inning to give the Eagles the 8-6 victory. Gallery

Saranac's (8) slides in safe at third under the tag. It would be the Saranac Chiefs and the Plattsburgh Hornets in Section 7 JV baseball. It would be a day that would be in favor of the Hornets as they would take the quick 2-0 lead in the first. They would extend the lead in the third to 5-0. The in the top of the fourth Chiefs would get on the board to make it 5-1. Although at the bottom of the inning the Hornets would break the game wide open and take a 10-1 lead. Then in the sixth, the Chiefs would get a couple to try and get back in the game and make it 10-3. That's where the game would finish as the Hornets would get the 10-3 victory. In the losing effort, the Chiefs would fall to 0-2 in the early season. Gallery.
