The bottom of the 8th inning started with Moricette leading off with a base hit. He would steal second and third base. Brian Christian (6) would walk to have a 1st and 3rd situation with no outs. Christian would steal 2nd with no throw made and Tyler Tryon (27) and Ryan Hance (19) would strikeout to have a 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs and the leadoff hitter was up. When play resumed Crown Point batted around the order and would score 6 runs in the 10 inning. It would start off with Jeremy McIntosh would ground out for the 1st out. Then Calvin Arno would get a base hit and steal 2nd. Chad DeBrokarder would get a base hit. Then Jaice Sperm would also get a base hit. Then Kolby Peetak would get a walked to load up the bases.
