In the second period, the Cardinals would score three times from Kayla Menneghain, Courtney Moriarty and Meghan Krause along with a lone Bears goal for a 4-1 Cardinals lead after the second period. In the third period, the Cardinals would add two more from Melissa Sheeran and Mackenzie Millen to secure the 6-1 victory.
