In the second quarter, the Golden Knights would put the game out of reach with a 7-0 quarter and take the 14-2 lead at the break scoring for the Golden Knights would be Mia Petrone, Julia Lavarnway (three), Sydney Roderick, Madelynn Barnum (fifth) and Grace Hagberg. When the teams returned for the third quarter the Golden Knights would let off the gas with a 3-0 quarter and take the 17-2 into the fourth on goals from Julia Lavarnway (fourth) Hailey Millington(third) and Sydney Roderick (second). In the fourth quarter with the game in hand, the Cardinals would actually get the quarter 3-1 on goals from Rachel LaMar, Caroline Noia (second), and Maddy Garcia while Julia Patterson would score for the Golden Knights for the 18-5 victory. The Golden Knights' netminders would combine for five saves as they go to 6-0 while the Cardinals combine for 18 saves as they go to 1-3 on the season. Gallery
