It would be a game where the scoring would be at a premium. The Larries would have the 9-6 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Bulldogs would win the quarter 6-4 although they would trail 13-12 at the half. When the teams returned for the third quarter the Bulldogs would win the quarter 9-4 and take the 22-16 lead. In the fourth quarter, the Larries would have no answer the Bulldogs would win the quarter 10-4 to take the 32-20 win.
