Beekmantown's Nathan Foster (55) came in on the breakaway and flips it over the goaltender for one of his three goals on the night. The Saranac Chiefs would host the Beekmantown Eagles at the Plattsburgh State Field House in a Champlain Valley Athletic Conference match-up. The Eagles would take the early 1-0 lead on Ryan Waterbury's goal at the 5:01 mark. Then with under two minutes left in the period the Eagles would extend it to 2-0 Kyle Bisonette's goal. Then inside the final minute the Eagles would score again with Nathan Foster on the shorthand for the 3-0 lead after one. Then early on in the second period Nathan Foster would get his second goal of the night for the 4-0 lead. Then at the 13:33 mark of the second period the Eagles would take a 5-0 lead on Kyle Bissonette's goal. Then just 1:33 into the third period Nathan Foster would finish off the hat trick for the 6-0 lead. Then at 2:54 of the third period the Eagles would finish off the scoring assault to make it 7-0 on Kyle Bisonette's third of the night. The Chiefs would get a late goal in the third period on a scramble play in front as the Eagles get the 7-1 win. With the win the Eagles go to 3-0 while the Chiefs fall to 0-3-1 on the season. Plattsburgh Hornets Vs Northeastern Clinton Cougars December 18 2013

Northeastern Clinton's Nick Ledue (16) swipes the puck and heads down the breakaway for one of his four goals on the night. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would travel over to Plattsburgh to take on the Hornets in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference on how action. The game would be an offensive show of force. The Cougars would get the first goal from Nick Ladue at the four-minute mark of the first. Then at 10:53 mark of the first the Cougars would extend the lead to 2-0 on Colby Boire's goal. Then in the final two minutes of the period the Cougars would make it 3-0 Nick Ladue's second goal of the night. The second period would be a carryover of the first when Mason Letourneau would score to make it 4-0. Finally at the 6:12 mark the Hornets would get on board thanks to Eric Bechard to make it 4-1. Then at the 10:03 mark John Fine Lease would score to make it 4-2 and now we have a game. Just over two minutes later it would be a one-goal game with Eric Bechard's second of the night. Then with 15 seconds left in the period the Hornets would tie it up at 4 on Jack Tolosky's goal. The Cougars would retake the lead at 5-4 on Andrew Arless's goal. Then just twenty seconds later Nick Ladue would add his third goal of the game to make it 6-4. Then in the closing minutes Ladue would add a fourth goal on the empty netter to secure the 7-4 win. With the win the Cougars go to 2-1-1 while the Hornets fall to 2-2 on the season. Gallery

Chateaugay Bulldogs Vs St. Regis Falls Saints December 16 2013

Chateaugay's Seth Young (3) drives the lane hard and draws the contact on the basket as part of 15 point night. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the St. Regis Falls Saints in Section X East Division action. This early season matchup would see the defenses locking both teams down after the first the Bulldogs would have a 8-5 lead. In the second quarter the defenses would still hold tight as the Saints win the quarter 13-7 and took a 18-15 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third the defenses would still have the upper hand as the Bulldogs win the quarter 9-5 and take the 24-23 lead into the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter the offenses would finally show up as the Saints win the quarter 20-14 to give the Saints the 43-38 win. With the win the Saints go to 6-0 and the Bulldogs fall to 2-3 on the season. Gallery

Adirondack J's Vs Clinton Gladiators December 14 2013

Adirondack J's Bushey with the leaping catch for the interception that he steals from the defender. In week four of the indoor flag football season the 2-0 Adirondack J's would play the 2-1 Clinton Gladiators. In the first half the Gladiators would dominate by scoring three touchdowns for the 21-7 lead. When the teams back for the second the Adirondack J's would settle down and come together to shut down the Gladiators and outscore them 29-14 and get the last minute 36-35 win. With the win the Adirondack J's stay undefeated at 3-0 while the Clinton Gladiators fall to 2-2.

Pink Panthers Vs DB Xtreme December 14 2013

Panthers' Nick O'Mera with the one hand leaping snag in the endzone for the interception. In week four of the indoor flag football season would season a battle of undefeated Pink Panthers and DB Xtreme. The offenses would take the stage throughout the game and trade shots throughout the first half and the Panthers would have a 34-20 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the second half it would be more of the same as the Panthers would outscore them 40-26 in the half for the 74-46 win. With the win the Pink Panthers stay undefeated at 3-0 while the DB Xtreme falls to 2-1-1 on the season.

Plain White T's wide receiver with the diving catch in the endzone for the touchdown. In week four of the indoor flag football league the 2-1 Rand Hill Painters would play the 0-3 Plain White T's. The Rand Hill Painters would jump out to the quick 20-0 lead 12 minutes before the Plain White T's would get two scores to stay in the game at 20-12. Then to end the half the Painters would score twice more to have a 31-12 lead at the break. In the second half the Painters would get three unanswered scores to secure the 53-18 win. With the win the Rand Hill Painters go to 3-1 while the Plain White T's fall to 0-4.

Packer's wide receiver with the leaping catch in the endzone for the score. It would be week four of the Indoor Flag Football season in the battle of winless teams West Plattsburgh Wolfpack playing the Plattsvegas Packers. The Packers would dominate the first half and have a 34-14 lead at the break. When the teams returned for the second half the scoring would slow down and the Packers would score to the 52-22 victory. With the Packers go to 1-3 while the Wolfpack drops to 0-4. Gallery.

Plattsburgh's Dean Dashnaw (30) makes the stick save and brings it into the body to stop play. The Plattsburgh Hornets would host the Niskayuna Mohawks in nonleague action. The Mohawks would strike first with a goal at 2:30 of the first. Then at 5:55 the Hornets would tie the game up at one on Ryan Whalen's goal. The Mohawks would retake the lead at 7:01 on Josh Kim's at 2-1. Then at 10:33 Ryan Whalen would tie the game back up at two with his second of the night. Then in the last minute of the period the Hornets would take the 3-2 lead Eric Bechard's goal. When the teams came back for the second period the Hornets would take the 4-2 lead at 3:36 on Ryan Whalen's third goal of the day. Then just 14 seconds later the Hornets would make it 5-2 Gavin Giroux goal. The Hornets would make it 6-2 at 5:36 on the Wade Weeden goal. Then the Mohawks would get the last two of the period to make it 6-4 after two. Then just 36 seconds into the third period Kurtis Olsen would get into the act to make it 7-4. Then at 4:06 mark of period the Hornets Eric Bechard would get his third of the day to secure the 8-4 win, In the winning effort Dean Dashnaw would make 13 saves as the Hornets go to 2-1 on the season. Beekmantown's Nathan Foster (55) comes in on net with the shot and scores. The Beekmantown Eagles would host the Niskayuna Mohawks in nonleague hockey action. The 1st period would be a big one for the Eagles as they would light the lamp five times with five different scores Brandon Buksa, Brendan Davison, Tyler Pepper, Nathan Foster, and Kyle Constantly and have a 5-1 lead after one. In the second period it would be more of the same the Eagles would score just one minute in from Brandon Buksa (2nd of the night to make it 6-1. Then in the 11th minute of the period the Eagles would score twice from Callum Sullivan and Syke Dominy to have an 8-1 lead after two. In the third period the Eagles would add one more from Nathan Hebert at the 10:40 mark to secure the 9-1 win. With the win Eagles go to 2-0 on the season. Gallery

Malone's Joey Brown (30) with the glove save on the low side attempt. The Malone Huskies would host the Norwood-Norfolk Icemen in Northern Athletic Conference action. The Icemen would get the games first tally 4:52 on Austin Cousineau's goal to make it 1-0 Icemen. Then at 6:49 mark of the period the Icemen would strike again on Kaden Pickering's powerplay goal to make it 2-0. Then at 11:56 of the first Kyler Head would score for the Huskies to cut the lead in half at 2-1. The Icemen would answer back though before the period ended to make it 3-1 Icemen at the end of the first. The Icemen would extend the lead to 4-1 on Colby Munson's power-play goal at 7:17 of the second. Then just 30 seconds later Huskies Josh Trombley would keep them within two at 4-2. Then just 30 seconds into the third period the Icemen would extend the lead to 5-2 Colby Munson's second goal of the night. Then at 7:44 Autin Cousineau would get his second of the night to make it 6-2. The Huskies would fight till the end and get a late goal by Jake Henning but the Huskies would fall 6-3. In the losing effort Joey Brown would have 32 saves as the fall to 2-1 on the season. Gallery
