Malone's Tucker Bartenslager (3) with the hard hit on the Norwood Norfolk skater that sends him to the ice. The Malone Huskies would be the underdog as they would host the #13 Norwood-Norfolk Icemen on Senior Night in Section X Division II action. The Icemen would get the opening goal at 5:46 of first on Kaden Pickering's goal. Then at the 10:28 mark of the first, the Icemen would make it 2-0 on Jeff Mott's goal. Then just over a minute later the Huskies would cut the lead in half at 2-1 on Jake Schraf's goal. Then just 1:47 into the second the Huskies would tie the game at two on Tucker Bartenslager's goal. Then starting at 9:49 the Icemen would get three goals in two minutes to make it a 5-2 game on goals from Zeb Brown, Kaden Pickering (second of night), and Coby Munson. Then just 1:47 into the third Bailey Conklin would score to make it 5-3 game. Then just over three minutes later Bailey Conklin would score again to make it a one-goal game at 5-4. Then at 6:04 Kaden Pickering would strike again and complete the hat trick and make it a 6-4 game. Then with just over a minute left the Icemen would get an empty netter from Zeb Brown (second of the night) for the 7-4 Icemen win. In the losing effort, the Huskies goaltenders would combine for 25 saves as the Huskies fall to 6-13-1 on the season. Plattsburgh's Patrick Hermans (5) and Fredonia's Ryan Edens (18) both go airborne as they collide after going for the puck by the goal. The #6 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Fredonia State Blue Devils in SUNYAC play at the Ronald Stafford Ice Arena. The Cardinals would take the 1-0 lead on Dillan Fox at 5:50 of the first period. The game would remain there until the 11:24 mark of the second period when Dakoda Mason would tap it in on the doorstep to make it 2-0 Cardinals. Then just over three minutes later the Cardinals would go up 3-0 on Alex Jensen's goal. Then just 2:53 into the third period the Cardinals would go up 4-0 on Alex Brenton's goal. The Blue Devils would be able to avoid the shutout though when Zach White would score at 8:17 to make it 4-1 victory for the Cardinals. In the winning effort, Mathieu Cadieux would stop 20 of 21 as the Cardinals go to 17-3-2 on the season. Gallery

Malone's Trevor Henderson (44) with the hard open-ice hit on St. Lawerence's Drew Rose (16) just outside the blue line. The Malone Huskies would host the St. Lawrence Larries in Section X Division II action. The St. Lawrence Larries would take the 1-0 lead at the 12:21 mark of the first period on Drew Rose's goal to give the Larries the 1-0 lead. The game would stay there until 9:48 of the second when Larries Luckas Arrquiett's goal to make it 2-0. Then just over three minutes later the Larries would make it 3-0 on Nick Kowalchuk's goal. Then at 2:42 mark of the third period, Jake Henning would get the Huskies on the board at 3-1. Then 6:24 of the period Drew Rose would score his second of the night to secure the Larries 4-1 win. In the losing effort Joey Brown would stop 30 shots on the day as the Huskies fall to 5-12-1 on the season. Gallery.

Chateaugay Tyler Jones (15) slices through the defense down the lane and gets fouled on the way in. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in Section X East Division this would also be Senior Night as the Bulldogs would play there last home game of the season. The Bulldogs would jump out to the quick 16-9 lead after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Bulldogs would keep their foot down and win the quarter 16-10 and take the 32-19 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third the Lumberjacks would do there best to keep it close and win the quarter 13-12 although the Bulldogs would still lead 44-32. In the fourth quarter, the teams would tie at 20 although that would be good enough for the Bulldogs to get the 64-52 win. In the winning effort, Tyler Jones would lead the way with 22 points as the Bulldogs go to 11-6 on the season. Gallery.

Chateaugay's Hannah Cook (11) gets sandwiched between two defenders as she tried to slice between them but does go to the line. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Tupper Lake Lumberjacks in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would jump out to the early lead at 10-4 after the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Bulldogs would extend there lead with a 12-3 quarter and take the 22-7 lead at the break. The third quarter would be real low scoring at 3-2 Bulldogs as they now have the 25-9 lead. The Bulldogs would wake back up in the fourth with an 18-4 quarter and secure 43-13 win. With the win the Bulldogs go to 14-3 on the season as Caitlin Miller and Abby Barnes would lead the way with 10 points. Gallery

Beekmantown's Kyle Constantly (44) puts the puck in on the short side for one of his two goals on the night. The Northeastern Clinton Cougars would match up with #10 Beekmantown Eagles in Section VII action at the Plattsburgh State Field House. The Cougars would show no fear as they would get the opening goal from Jordan Lemere at 2:58 of the first. The Eagles would come back and tie the game up at the 8:18 mark of the first on Kyle Constantly first of the night. Then with under two minutes left in the first Cougars, Dayton Roberts would give his team the 2-1 lead headed into intermission. The Eagles would tie the game up at two on Nathan Foster's goal at 4:38. The Eagles would take the first lead of the game at 7:39 on Brendan Davison's goal to make it 3-2. The Eagles would extend the lead to 4-2 at 11:09 on Brandon Buksa's first goal of the night. Then in the final seconds of the second period, Brandon Buksa would score his second of the night for the 5-2 Eagles lead. Then just 1:20 into the third period the Eagles would make it 6-2 on Kyle Constantly second goal of the night. Then just 12 seconds later Ryan Waterbury would make it 7-2. Then the Eagles Nathan Foster would get his second of the game at 2:40 to finish off the scoring and secure the Eagles 8-2 win. Chateaugay's Caitlin Miller (21) with block shot in close underneath the basket. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the St. Regis Falls Saints in Section X East Division action. The Bulldogs would have a good 12-5 advantage in the slow-paced game. The Bulldogs would extend the lead with a 16-8 second quarter for the 28-13 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the third the teams would trade baskets Bulldogs win quarter 11-9 and have a 39-22 lead. The Bulldogs would seal the deal with an 11-4 quarter and get the 50-26 win. Chateaugay's Caitlin Miller (21) wins the opening tip against Colton-Peirpont. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would host the Colton-Peirpont Colts in Section X East Division action. The first half of the game would be low scoring and would actually see the Colts have a 19-17 lead at the break. When the teams came back for the second half the Bulldogs would step up the base and outscore the Colts 26-4 and the Bulldogs would cruise to the 43-23 victory. Indoor Flag Football - Adirondack J's vs. Pink Panthers - 01-26-2014 - Full Game

Pink Panthers' the Pink Panthers would pose for there team photo as they have crowned a four-time champion of the Indoor Flag Football Champions for season one of 2014. The best two teams in the league would meet up in the championship as #1 Pink Panthers and #2 Adirondack J's would battle for the title. The game would be played at a very fast tempo as the Pink Panthers would have a 33-20 lead at the break. In the second half, the Panthers would hold the Adirondack J's in check and win the half 34-16 which would give the Panthers the 67-36 victory. With the win, the Pink Panthers have crowned a four-time champion. Gallery
